Being able to react with the vending machine through touch screen technology is just a ploy by the beverage manufacturers to draw your attention to their product. As time passes the novelty would wear off and people would be back to simply getting their beverage and quickly leaving, disregarding the hyped up technology in an area most dont care about anyway.
