nice review! I found a new company, White Hat holsters, they have the most comfortable holster, I've ever had! Check them out. The other thing I REALLY like is the fact, the kydex isn't riveted on. WHH has interchangeable kydex!
I love my crossbreed for iwb. I am average athletic size, after getting the cant right it disappears and is really comfortable even driving for long times. I do wish I would have gotten the combat cut though just because with my gen 4 glock 27 (subcompact) I would like to have a little easier time getting my hand on the gun all the way. But I have no complaints.

It's amazing the government makes the law abiding citizen have to hide their gun and make it easier on the criminal. I think people should be aloud to open carry. Lets make the criminals be nervous. Just my opinion. YMMV
I ordered the non-combat cut and cut it to suit myself. I cut away the leather to expose the mag release and cut away a bit of the kydex to be able to get a full grip. There is still some of the leather there for the slide to ride on but not sure that that is necessary. Whack away and if you go too far just buy another one. Good luck.
Good Review!! One thing... I have a G27 with CT. Laser guard, It rides in a Supertuck. my G17 sticks out past the bottom of the leather on my holster about an inch. but that is the only negative to this grate holster.

In your description you mention that you are a firearms instructor. This is someting that I have thought about doing but never took it past that. Great holster I have one myself. I also have a holster from a small shop that really designed that concept to begin with called Tucker Gunleather. Tucker's is more of a craftsman's holster, just as functional, but higher quality finish. I'd like to see your review on that one as well
Forgot to ask, are those actual crosses, in the Biblical sense, on the loops? Folks who see the belt clips might figure out I'm "packing," but they might not fear I'll pull a gun on them as much as they fear I'll pull a Bible and try to "save" them! :-) Again, I enjoyed your thorough review and how you obviously bullied your husband into cleaning the garage before the video! :-)
Nice review and coverage of this holster. I've heard the owner interviewed on Tom Gresham's show a few times. I've considered purchasing it myself, so I enjoyed the close-up look.
I've used many different IWB holsters with Glocks for over 20 years, and one reason I attempted to master the Subcompact Glocks is that it takes a grip that small to keep from digging into my kidneys while driving. Your experience with the G19 is no surprise. A G27 or G26 doesn't poke me. :-)

LOL, we have two garages and the we had one of the cars parked in the drive to do the video. Otherwise yes the garages are packed. On the other side off camera you'd see bicycles, snow blower, lawn mower, weedwhackers, etc.
Best IWB holster out there in my opinion. Only thing I don't like is the clips. They expose you to anyone in the know... At least they can be changed.
Lima, Now send it back have them put the COMBAT CUT on it.... You will not notice any difference in comfort..
Lots of people say "i can cut the leather myself" YES you can but when they put the Combat cut on it from CrossBreed they actually slightly modify the bottom edge of the trigger guard for your index finger so it does not "rub" on the draw. It is a NIGHT & DAY difference..
Also heat up the trigger guard area and give it a little more retention so you get that "SNAP" in effect.
The only issue I have with my Supertuck is that since I carry a full size 1911 and the kydex doesn't cover the length of the gun, the muzzle end of the gun will rub through my pants.
I have a extended mag Release on my G26. Mag popped out the first time I holstered it. I sent it back out to Cross Breed and they custom cut my backing free of charge. I can get a full grip on my pistol and my mag release is not touching the backing. Best IWB and Serpa's are the best duty holster.
@clap5 I agree 100%. I use a Blackhawk Serpa OWB holster when I can open carry and if I have my pants on I have my SuperTuck on. My Beretta PX4 Compact 9mm disapears completely even with shorts and a normal t-shirt.
If you carried either of the baby glocks (26/27), would you want the extra cut-out to accommodate a better grip? Could you post pics of the three sizes (full, comp., sub comp.) of the glocks in the holster on your FB page?
Crossbreed makes a great holster! I've been carrying my Glock 23 in a super tuck for over a year every single day. I've driven trucks and rode motorcycles all day with it on. I even climbed an oak tree with a saw while carrying, no problem.
I use a Super Tuck Delux. This is a great holster, especially if your CCW is on the heavy side. No shifting around, and the belt clips are far enough apart to disribute the weight very well. Kind of expensive, but - as in many cases - you get what you pay for. High quality. If I change my CCW I'll get another Crossbreed Super Tuck.
Fantastic review Lima. Between my wife and I we have four of these and for conceal carry we won't use anything else. A few others have mentioned another holster of similar design. We tried those. To each his own, but once we got the Crossbreed's we got rid of the others. Again, Nice Review....
Love my two Crossbreeds. I have to say, I like the MiniTuck for my CW9 a lot more than my SuperTuck for my USP. I'm sure most of it is just the gun being that much smaller and more comfortable, but still.
Great vid Lima. Mark was a real innovator in the holster industry. There are lots of similar designs out there by a lot of makers, but as far as caveman simple goes, Mark has it down. I use MTACs for my carry guns, but the Supertuck is an excellent holster I’d highly recommend.
Crossbreed has the best customer service ever, i sent my ST to get the kydex remolded (because i screwed it up) not only did they remold it they redyed the leather were it has wear spots, and they paid for shipping to send it back i sent it in on monday i had it back Sat. and i wouldn't use another holster. as a side note there is a competition holster out there i bought one it looks almost the same as the ST but the leather quality is #$%^&*
Crossbreeds are nice, but wayyyyy over priced. This is why I opted for kholster. Plus the owner of crossbreed is one of the biggest jerks I've ever seen. Better customer service, dealing with an actual human being (not dickhead), and a product just as good for about half the price.
@satchboogyfan I will probably do this. I'm thinking I'm going to modify it a bit now that I've done the review. As I said, I really didn't want to modify it at all until after the review so that people saw the real thing not my own little hybrid.

@clap5 I agree 100%. I use a Blackhawk Serpa OWB holster when I can open carry and if I have my pants on I have my SuperTuck on. My Beretta PX4 Compact 9mm disapears completely even with shorts and a normal t-shirt.

If you carried either of the baby glocks (26/27), would you want the extra cut-out to accommodate a better grip? Could you post pics of the three sizes (full, comp., sub comp.) of the glocks in the holster on your FB page?

Lima, I would recommend trying moving your hooks up one notch. It seems to conceal better.

Crossbreed makes a great holster! I've been carrying my Glock 23 in a super tuck for over a year every single day. I've driven trucks and rode motorcycles all day with it on. I even climbed an oak tree with a saw while carrying, no problem.

I used a leather punch to make a hole for my mag release (1911) I also did my own combat cut. Still comfortable but way way easier to draw.

I use a Super Tuck Delux. This is a great holster, especially if your CCW is on the heavy side. No shifting around, and the belt clips are far enough apart to disribute the weight very well. Kind of expensive, but - as in many cases - you get what you pay for. High quality. If I change my CCW I'll get another Crossbreed Super Tuck.

Fantastic review Lima. Between my wife and I we have four of these and for conceal carry we won't use anything else. A few others have mentioned another holster of similar design. We tried those. To each his own, but once we got the Crossbreed's we got rid of the others. Again, Nice Review....

Love my two Crossbreeds. I have to say, I like the MiniTuck for my CW9 a lot more than my SuperTuck for my USP. I'm sure most of it is just the gun being that much smaller and more comfortable, but still.

Great vid Lima. Mark was a real innovator in the holster industry. There are lots of similar designs out there by a lot of makers, but as far as caveman simple goes, Mark has it down. I use MTACs for my carry guns, but the Supertuck is an excellent holster I’d highly recommend.

Crossbreed has the best customer service ever, i sent my ST to get the kydex remolded (because i screwed it up) not only did they remold it they redyed the leather were it has wear spots, and they paid for shipping to send it back i sent it in on monday i had it back Sat. and i wouldn't use another holster. as a side note there is a competition holster out there i bought one it looks almost the same as the ST but the leather quality is #$%^&*

Crossbreeds are nice, but wayyyyy over priced. This is why I opted for kholster. Plus the owner of crossbreed is one of the biggest jerks I've ever seen. Better customer service, dealing with an actual human being (not dickhead), and a product just as good for about half the price.

You wouldn't wear a one size fits all bra
I could certainly see somebody making holsters for different body sizes or going and getting measured for a holster
Eventualy the market could go there
I suppose it's here already
If you've got enough money you can have anything custom made

@satchboogyfan I will probably do this. I'm thinking I'm going to modify it a bit now that I've done the review. As I said, I really didn't want to modify it at all until after the review so that people saw the real thing not my own little hybrid.

I swear by this holster for my Glock 27! I highly recommend their V-Clips (Velcro Clips) for great concealability when wearing a tucked-in shirt.

I can't picture how a small frame person like you can conceal that full size glock. I am a lot larger than you and I have to stick with my small Keltec P11. But at least I have it!
