Not great addvice i have been teaching 30 years and found not just because of teaching but by my own swing years ago the best thing is to swing through the top of the ball at impact. Most folk in trying to get down into the bottom of the ball let the club turn over by doing this. If you swing through the top of the ball more with the driver it will bring you more into the position Paul is talking about without you wrist breaking down.
@thrashtildeth247 Well yes and no the reason he is showing you this way of doing it is because if you are pulling the ball or hooking the ball this will break you of the habit to keep pulling the ball by over correcting your problem you just need to have the focus to be able to tell when you have reached that happy median as a golfer or when you have made it conform to your swing rotation and impact of the ball. in your case you kept the knuckles down to get rid of your slice.
That goes against what everyone teaches about a flat left wrist at impact and follow through. Bad advice from what every teacher I have ever used has said. I have had to fight my left wrist breaking down at impact as he suggests and this has led to inconsistent contact with both hooks and pushes because of it. Be wary of this tip
