I am convinced some of these "gluten intolerances" are possibly related to the fact that wheat gluten, rice protein, soy proteins and milk proteins have been adulterated with melamine for years!
Melamine has also been added to dairy products like casein for years. The melamine scraps are ground up and added as a cheap and toxic way to increase the protein levels of watered down milk because testing is done for nitrogen to determine protein content. Melamine is higher in nitrogen than protein.

I had similiar problems as you but wasn`t diagnosed with celiac. After going gluten free all those problems disappeared.
