@Fireshock20 thats because this animation sequence is from "The Brave Little Tailor" Mickey Short from 1938

@Fireshock20, acctually, this is almost the exact same thing that he does in "Prince and The Pauper" or something. I watched it a few days ago (Cleaning, stumbled on it, decided to watch it), and I remeber seeing this motion.

@Fireshock20 That's because it is! It's from the "Brave Little Tailor", one of the last cartoons to have the original design for Mickey. In particular, this is from the scene in which Mickey tells the king of how he slew "seven of 'em in one blow." He means flies, but the king thinks he means giants.
