They might be able to tell but they would not take legal action against you as it would be retroactive and the evidence isn't necessarily supported by any markers other than what they can perceive. Unless they were to see actual incriminating evidence, they would have no need to get a warrant. Anyway, there's too much other important things going on in the streets than to go after people on the internet, that's just stupid.
