Used one last night on a traumatic arrest. They work poorly on large patients with fleshy fatty legs. Ensure that it is set on 1" before using on large patients and press firmly on blue barrel before activating the spring contraption.

We use this in a hospital setting, but we don't really use it on the battlefield because the FAST 1 is much easier to use and is actually faster.
