no cheats its in the big hanger on Las Venturas airport. To get the plane easy use a car an approch the hanger. if the planes not there back off while looking at the hange, when hanger spawn locked drive towards it and the plane will be there no matter what. (ps2, dont know if this work for pc and xbox but probarly)

basically, get an at-400 from the hanger. take off and fly to that location. then land and go to the two player icon and activate it. return to the at 400 where you left it and spawn 2 tanks and 2 jet packs using cheat codes. the align the tanks under the doors so that you can get in.

then you need to wear the jet packs to get on top of the tank, and then get into the plane.

on peut pas rentrer dans 2 véhicules sur PS2, SAUF dans 2 bateaux, ça fonctionne mais la camera bug. Sinon tu peux rentrer à 2 dans le beagle ou le dodo (avion) pour tirer c'est L1 ou R1 quand tu es le player 2 ;)
