  • help when i restarting the virus is not gone ..

  • why is your anti malwarebytes so fast?

  • i got rid of the virus and followed your steps but my computer is restarting itself randomly... what should i do?

  • I'm having a problem with this virus that completely prevents me from doing anything. Whenever I attempt to use a program such as iExplore. tdsskiller, and the other programs you've given and linked, a message pops up saying: "Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. you may not have appropriate permissions to access the item." It utterly renders anything useless. Be it a browser, link, or any other shortcut on the desktop.

Any clue to this glaring problem and how to stop it?

  • Thank you for making this video

  • Thanks Again Brian for another informative video. I'd like to ask if you know of a browser hijack

called "Searqu" and if so, could you do a video about most effective way to eradicate it.

  • Great little tips that REALLY add up in the end...we are lucky to have you out there Britec.

  • @SirSilversilk Glad I could help.

  • PS..the virus I got sounds like this one. Blocked all virus protection from starting and I couldnt access task manager. Thank goodness I had the recovery disc that came with my puter. Wish I could have done your way. I'm still trying to get my computer back to what I had and it's three weeks now.

  • I got a virus from Hell. I had to reformat and reinstall all my programs. I wish I could stay up with you on your helpful info. You're too fast for me with too many choices. I'll study up and try to keep up.

  • If you get a nasty virus that installs a Root Kit you need to reformat the HDD. There is no other good and 100% complete way to remove a virus like that. REFORMAT and REINSTALL don't keep using a computer that has had a virus like that installed unless you want to lose your identity.

  • @TheJamblaster Nah you can remove rootkits..I agree some are hard to remove.

  • Good stuff mate, thumbs up !

  • Just what I needed. I managed to get rid of the virus but needed the menu restore and unhide tools. Its all working now. Just have some work to do restoring the start menus--or not. Tools restored the common stuff. Most of the other apps I rarely use anyway. If I need them I know where their at. Menus I can deal with but that "hidden" had me stumped.

    Thanks!

  • why didn't use MBAM chameleon technology?

  • do you spend money on buying the fake programs to get the serial numbers and give them to us??
