I love Heston. These kinds of feasts he does, make my heart flutter... he makes fairytales and magic come to life. I really admire what he does, and Im not even all that big on food... but Heston adds that extra element of excitment, and wonderment... his creativity is amazing. Remember this man is pretty much self taught too! And look what he's achieved! He is amazing.
I think this cooking is great, why people despise him so much is pathetic, it is because no one likes change or anything out of the ordinary, so we stick to nigella, delia, gordon etc. This is the entertainment and wow factor that tv needs, better than some of the shit they put on these days. Heston your amazing.
