This isn't actually the version that appears in the album (Cooltide). I can't remember where the one here is from, but it is a very different mix. The album version has the drums more muted, less guitar, different start, etc.. The album version is smoother.
NIce one Michele. Great image sequence as well-the cloud with the hole in it -where'd you get that? When I first came to Oz I was on my own and the cooltide CD was a 'friendly voice' (Johns) to me. This is a strong song on that album. His vocals were interesting around this time-they were the 'interim' to his 'older gravel' period, and I loved his vocals in any period. My fave on this album was 'Call me'(make sure Im home) is that title?.
I got the photo from photobucket...where I also got a bloody virus tonight. IS2010, or Isass.exe - or both.
Now I can't use internet explorer as all the pages get blocked by this dang thing.
Glad you like this, to be honest it was a toss up between Call Me and this one. Was trying to do a Call Me video for you when I got the infection. Blast!
Right! I need coffee...gonna continue medicating stress with caffeine - fight fire with fire, eh? lol

A lot of Johns fans are not too mad about his later synth sounding stuff, i love all his stuff and this song is sweet, thanks for uploading.

Same Difference from Cool Tide is a well under-rated track, any chance of doing a vid to that??? Or Jack The Lad!!!!

@Zalvation3
I've got Jack The Lad - but I've not got Same Difference.
I love the Cool Tide album though...might need to invest in a digital copy of that.
John was just the greatest!
Glad I'm not the only JM geek. lol
