I think I have really watery eyes. Because when i put the eyeliner on it just runs straight into my eye. I reapply it and then the eye shadow and then the eye shadow gets into my eyes when I blink. I'll just have to try something else. Thanks for the advice !

I have done this, but I notice that putting a really light matte translucent powder directly underneath your eyeliner, but not under your eye.. it helps absorb any moisture from under your eyes that may pull your liner down even with the powder shadow on top. if you put it under your eyes too much it can get into the lines under your eyes so you have to watch that.. but.. anyway. just a tip!=) I use Urban Decay 24/7

I wondered why your make up suddenly seemed so dark and ridiculous.. I think you look a lottttt better with less dark around your eyes. Like even when you first started off with nothing on your water line you looked so beautiful! I know you didn't ask for an opinion but just putting it out there.
