Don't deny the fact that the flood was cause by 3 Dam who spilled excess water during typhoon ondoy... nakakainis pag sinisisi ang bagyo.. isang araw lang umulan bumaha na agad ng mabilis? imposible yun.. dati kahit syam-syam na ulan di naman bumabaha ng katulad ng ganito.. Where is this in marikina? I can't recognize... I never saw this kind of flood in marikina before. My family was in Marikina height. I don't have news on them... Phone line are disconnected... This is terrible... I'm worried about my family there.. The Filipino community here in washington are going to make help. Thanks for the upload. Please pray for them.
