@joefantabulous I am from the States. And you may be right, perhaps it's harder to find it here (at least in my area, in the midwest) because of the Columbine incident. I didn't even consider that as the reason--I'm sure it certainly doesn't help. I find it interesting, anyhow, that his autobiography is so available in stores in Canada. It's strange to me that although Manson is an American musician, so many other countries accept him more than his own. That's especially true of Europe.

@izergrush Actually, I believe he 'stole' Courtney Love's style, and did it to mock her because he'd had a relationship with her that ended badly. He was on good terms with Jessica, they were friends. Jessicka helped him develop his version of the kinderwhore style because she didn't like Courtney either. If you want proof of this read Manson's autobiography, Long Hard Road Out of Hell. In my opinion, this song is actually about Jessicka's anger toward Courtney.
