Well, please let him know he works for a company that provides GREAT service at a GREAT price!!! We absolutely LOVED using them when we sold our home in Colorado and moved to Virginia. We didn't have a home in VA and rented for a month so PODS just kept our two containers until we bought our home and then promptly delivered them. All came in great shape, nothing broken, we have nothing but praise for PODS!!!!
