I noticed that even in cold weather, something is changing when I'm in my house. The thermostat is set at 65-68 degrees F but it feels like it is so hot in my bedroom and my son's. I doubt they are using this (as yet!) on unknowing civilians (again - as yet!) to be honest. reason being they have enough bodys to test on (the army) and I would have thought microwaves have a relatively short working distance. the device would have to be huge to be a long way away i would have thought ?
i would recommened putting tin foil on your head if you are in any doubt and see if you sparkle and crackle like a firework

that weapon is illegal under the geneva convention. any weapon designed soley for pain without any physical damage could be used for torture. i would not want my government to be allowed to deploy these.
lets say your consitution over a log period of time was being dismantled piece by piece and american citizens went to the streets to protest their civil liberties.. you can see where i am going with this. bit by bit, governments are making it harder for people to stand up for their rights.

its has a certain emotional value yes, depends who the puppy belonged too and what the emotional attachment is. but you miss the point with your fickle sarcasm, a weapon that causes extreme pain but little or no physical damage can and will be abused. its also against the geneva convention, you know that treaty that was designed to ensure the integrity of humanitarian rights.
