When the bald headed dude is rattling the egg to his ear, Angel's hand is out of camera view. That's because an assistant is placing the chick in his hand. At 2:45, Angel's hand (with chick in it) comes from behind his back & onto his other hand. Trick is done with more bad acting to boot. Boring!
