I do have to say that the actions of the police officer were to standard. From the video, which is only identified by body language and actions taken, there is no telling what was said. With that, if this video was shown to the jury which I'm assuming it was, would've been consitant with a conviction of resisiting. Even if you did nothing wrong, or you may have been mistaken with someone else, your actions in this video are completely inappropriate, and it is apparent. Resisting, Not Brutality.

If you have more information by all means share because the video shows him leaving until the officer engaged him. If the casino had issue with him they would of been tracking this via camera well before he got to where he was. They didn't zoom in until after it appeared there was a conflict between the officer and guy stopped. Casino would of been all over him with camera's if they had issue

He showed no signs of threat, he obviously wanted to leave the situation as soon as possible. IN my opinion, the officer was looking for confrontation. kept me in solitary for the first 7 days and i had no blankets or sheets freezing and some days they wouldn't even let me out to take a shower. it was hell.

Responding to abcdefghi9573, I have written to US Attorney Mr. Eric Holder twice. I have yet to get a response. I have written to Florida Attorney General Bill McCollum and he said this is not his problem. I have personally talked to State Attorney Mark Ober. He is the one that made absolutely sure that I was convicted of something and he succeeded. I believe since I am filing charges against corrupt Judges in Lawton OK and conspiracy to commit murder against Senator McCaskill Missouri

Answering geerolla's questions, that night after winning $2,000 I cashed in and was leaving the Casino.  As I passed the officer, he said"hey boy, let me see your drivers license." I turned around in shock and when I turned back to leave he grabbed my left arm again catching me off guard and refused to let me leave. After the choking incident he brought a paper to the hospital to appear in court with charges of $20 petit theft, disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest without violence.

Something is missing in this picture. Can someone explain to me why was this person even stopped? It looks like this person was stopped unlawfully and detained while he was just walking by. Shouldn't the person be convicted of something besides resisting arrest? As a paralegal student, an officer must have probable cause to stop anyone, but I see no other charges. US Attorney Eric Holder should get off of his butt and look into this matter. Choking a human being is wrong period.
