Currently I'm playing FF8 and I want to play low-level,but the question is:how?

I've heard that the enemies level up with you,if I kill Squall at level 8,is ok?I mean,the enemies are at level 8 or not?

What I wannaknowisthis:the enemies depend what level isSquall or what rhe grup level is?

Please I wanna know this,so I can play the game!Thanks!

The enemies' level is a combined average of your groups level. As long as everyone in your group stays relatively low level, the monsters should stay so as well.
