@AviatorHD The increase in circulation is what would help with the fat loss. Not "massaging fat". I can rub my belly and do the truffle shuffle all day but its not going anywhere. With good circulation your moving toxins and nutrients around your body more efficiently thus allowing your body to be in a good position for releasing fat stores. And drink water. When your dehydrated you store more fat.

deep pressure and deep tissue are two different things. deep pressure is deep pressure...deep tissue is a whole different modality and technique. to much oil provides to much slippage. deep tissue needs friction... this is not deep tissue.. but a deep sweedish, w/ incorparated stretches. don't be fooled
