  • I used to do this and it was tough, but a good workout. I had to sit down one day on the clock because they were pushing me way too hard.

  • What's the name of the last song in this video?

  • I can unload a trailer in 30 mins by myself.. been unloading trailers/ scanning for 4 years on the pre-load..

  • Preload rules!! Dont forget to circle your packages :)

  • top pay and top of the line, second to none benefits...... only problem is the forced labor camp attitudes of the sups...

  • This makes me realize how cheap my center is. I unload and if we arent pumping out a flow quick enough to pretty much cover most of the belt were getting bitched at

  • @intelinsid3 just work at a pace that is good for you and give a good effort.. screw the sups that are bitching..bitch right back at um..your working your ass off..you dont need to take that from them.. if your in the union the only way you can get fired is pretty much stealing..

  • WOW!!!! The pay for those jobs is horrible, and they are too cheap to give them full time. Those jobs look like they should at least be 10 to 12 bucks an hour. They obviously don't stand around, and it looks like if you slow down for one second chaos ensues!!! lol

  • @mrhamtyler1

starting out at my hub pay is 8.50! it has been since 1985, the recycle rate is ridiculous. but I have done evening shift for 2 years now and I am at 11.00

  • It's too bad hourlies care so much. Think Union. Remember that this companies record profits better profit us too, in 2013.

  • to all ups driver be honest: why do you lie and say you delivered a package when you know you didnt even come to the door?

  • UPS is unreliable.

    lowest quality service all around.

  • @samsiteone UPS is the largest delivery company in the world. we must be doing something right. UPS has been around for over 100 years.

  • @doogrisa 490 Characters ain't enough to tell you all the $h!t this low quality company has done.

You sitting there sorting $h!t, I'm the one on the waiting end so I know how unreliable UPS and all the others are...

Maybe you just got good service for your rich masters cause your never on time for me.

I don't even bother with 2 day or express or over night shipping anymore cause they rather refund your money than to deliver on time.

I,m waiting on 5 packages right now and are all late.

  • How does ups handle fragile stuff? such ass, Hd Tv`s and things that can break easily if not handled with care.

  • @jair333 It needs to be boxed really good. Sometimes things get broken.

  • Is pre loading easier than loading? i currently load, that shit sucks

  • @BRANDON85L With the preload you can get some really whiny drivers so I'd rather load or unload. What exactly makes things suck for you?

  • @upsed1 Well my supervisors try to cut back on man hours so instead of us running the sort with 6 people, we run with 4. Picking off my truck, smbdy elses and loading mines is not fun lol. We constantly get backed up and have to turn off the belt

  • @BRANDON85L With the preload you can get some really whiny drivers who complain about everything you do for them, so I'd rather load or unload. What exactly sucks for you?

  • @BRANDON85L i like pre load, although i've never tried loading, the supervisor says pre loading is more physical and harder but i've heard from other employees that loading sucks or that you always have to be ready for anything, any ways, pre loading doesn't take too much brains

  • yup

  • yep

  • i work in the orlando hub in florida and i have had friends talk that they hard workers and i got 3 of them in and one of them quit 2 days into real training haha he was like i cant belive they put me to unload 2 trucks

  • lmao at 2:26 you see the dude flip over a busted box in order to let it pass on by XD and this actually happens a lot. I work at UPS during twilight and sooo many people bust the box cuz they throw it so they flip it over and let the sort isle fuck with it lmfao

  • whats with the crappy music?

  • which UPS is this one it looks confusing as fuck i work preload and sometmes hub in Corpus Christi

  • Preload gets the job done! They're the muscle shift that gets the package cars out the door!

  • i've been working for browntown's louisville air hub for 9 years and spent 8 of those sorting in the hectic ass secondary but now i work in irregs and be on chill mode all night and i'm loving it

  • UPS it sucks And will always suck .Your system sucks , your carriers suck, your handling system sucks .

  • Ha! Thats Paducah, the one I work at.

  • 3:09 - Those have to be my favorite trucks to be on the unload for...don't have to worry about dragging in those dumb rollers and load stands!

  • I'm disgusted! I haven't seen in all the UPS videos any sorters that sort the boxes that come unto the conveyor belt from the unloaders. Nice video though.

  • Nice vid, it makes me appreciate working in my little center, i couldnt tell you how many packages we process, but we always have at least one full 45, and two full 28's. Sounds like a fraction of what most of you guys have

  • That's lame we got cages to load our trucks for preload you guys are lucky. lol

  • Why with UPS 2 day shipping means 5 days, but with USPS 2 day means overnight...

  • wheres my package?! hurry up! lol

  • Hmm. I'm a driver down in Palm Beach FL. I've thought about time lapsing my 11 hour day and putting it to music... I think I may do it. I need to find a camera that will last my whole shift, I'd like to do it from start time to finish time

  • Our building processes somewhere around 300-500,000 boxes a day. #8 busiest hub in the country. I am a FT combo preload/air driver. UPS is an awful company to work for. That's all I have to say. :)

  • thank you for video,, ı work in ups

    hello from turkey

  • cool video man, i work preload down here in south fl (miami), your building looks pretty big? do you guys have a box line? i think ours is the smallest probably in south fl if not all of FL. most days we dont even peak over 25k....no more than 30k during peak.

  • What's the second song?

  • Wow you guys still have rollers? We just got a new conveyor belt making a total of 5 for the unload....we still have two broken ones that are never gonna get replaced. Don't forget, NO STACKING, every package goes in the car. That shit pisses me off. I have a 3 car set with 7-800 pieces a day. I stack that shit till I have a club house

  • @2andFoh I used to have 3 cars that got around that amount. Now I have 3 cars that get anywhere from the 800's to the 1200's, but usually it's just over 1000. I really fucking hate it. It's mostly because of one truck that gets filled front to back due to 1 heavy stop.

  • @ricky4502 Good shit. I just got "promoted" to 4 cars. Stack+Misload = Suspended for a week. Fuck this company.

  • @2andFoh I just got threatened with suspension for misloads. The thing that fucking pisses me off is my part time sup trying to get me to misload by throwing the wrong packages in the wrong stacks. He'll tell me to hit up bulk when I'm clean and when I go I see him sorting out my slide so "I won't get backed up" but he's really just "salting" me. If I don't catch them when I get back he writes me up for it. He was salting me almost everyday. This week and he's on vacation and I got no misloads.

  • Coincidence? I think not!

  • @ricky4502 your sup must be a real dick! you should report him to a union steward for salting you almost everyday. file on him for working as well. free money. i know preloaders get salted every once in awhile but not everyday.

  • shitty ass music haha

  • Nice Video.

Remember, read your Union contract and don't give your supervisors a fucking inch. The second their grubby little hands touch a package article 3.7

  • CAN YOU SPEED THAT BELT UP! ours runs at least twice that,a new guy from another center came to work at ours and he's like,''man i can't get used to how fast the belt goes '' .I do it all ,open the building ,shift, load, scan check ,you name, i do it

  • you aint lyen, if you look the film is sped up.. and the belts moving like a damn snaiL!! the hells goin on there >;O

  • fstz pkgz hahaha

  • Touch the package

  • i work in HARPA (harrisburg pa) makes me wanna make a video loading a freight truck.. the amount staffed in the smaller hubs blows my mind it never really occurred to me im used to having 8-15 staffed per belt depending on volume

  • oh you guys are on the unload?? preload is a little bit easier.

  • shit, how is preload a lil bit easier?

  • Shithole company that pays shit and vastly overworks it's employees, dont.

  • OMG how quickly i forget!!! smalls, smalls, smalls....how I hated smalls!

  • I fucking hate at the end when the sups are like "LOAD EM UP' and you still have like 15 minutes of pulling shit off the belt

  • @ReluctantZer0 "I dont care just put in the truck and get off the CLOCK

  • Awesome! can you make another one of these videos xD

  • What song is the first song?

  • Its one instrumental version of Flo-Ridas - Low

  • @RRyyNNee it's flo ridas low covered by brokencyde

  • @RRyyNNee this fuckin video is great to all the real upsers they know how to get it in and how its a great job all you lazy fucks stay on the couch i been doing irregs ( all boxes over 70lbs) for six years and now i finally drive and i make 30 per hour BITCHESSSSSSSSSS I LOVE UPS

  • @RRyyNNee this fuckin video is great to all the real upsers they know how to get it in and how its a great job all you lazy fucks stay on the couch i been doing irregs ( all boxes over 70lbs) for six years and now i finally drive and i make 30 per hour BITCHESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS

     I LOVE UPS

  • @RRyyNNee the first song is actually called Get Low by Brokencyde

  • hey thats a pretty good vid! reminds me of the old days in the preload hauling ass trying to keep from missing packages or getting piled up! and its worse durring peak(holidays)!!! i have since become a super but still retain much respect for the hardworking upser no matter what anybody says! =)

  • That's rare for a sup. They usually get pissed for NOTHING.

  • i work the san antonio hub and im pretty sure i can speak for everyone, no one knows how hard we work during peak season and how many hours we put in just to get there package where they want it! if you plan on working at UPS i say do it but if your a lazy type of person dont waste your time because its a work out and your body will never feel the same haha

  • Your right about the body,, Its a pumishment for sure. I feel stronger now, but more energy....well Id say Im too tired from work to do anything. The lazy people are weeded out quickly, I like watching them get sick.. lol most of us have been there,,, got to show motivation to keep your job at the beginning stages, for sure. Its a fast pace and stressfull environment for most.

  • Yes it is! how long have you been there? what building is this?

I Used to work Preload in Montrose Colorado. Now I work Twilight in Reno Nevada.

  • @likeisaidimTEXAN how many hrs do you get and how much is the pay...im very intrested.I live in lower south texas (Rio Grande Valley)and i want to do this.

  • @likeisaidimTEXAN You are right. I love it when seasonal helpers jump on the package car with you and think that they're going to just ride all day. The best job on the pre-load is in the feeder.

  • very cool video, ive been wanting to make one of a truck being loaded in fast motion or something, i just got a camera so ill try soon, i preload at Harvey, Il

  • Thanks.

  • Thanks, Yeah It would be something to see a package car loaded like you was saying. If it was me,,, you would see me trip over the step or stack out lol. Might even catch my misloads. :/

  • The Grand Rapids, MI hub is one of the best in the country. the extendoes (sp) make everything 100x easier whether it be loading or unloading and the spa system made it a hell of a lot easier on the package car loaders.

  • I agree with the extendoes, I work in the Estrella Center in Phoenix, AZ ! Love the Job I am in smalls! I do pick off for D.A Sorting for smalls and bag dumping for smalls! It surely is a work out! I have lost about 40 lbs since working there!

  • Great Video! I work at the Estrella Center in Phoenix which was voted No 1 in the southwest region! Sorry had to brag! LOL! Great Video. we have belts that extend all the way into the trucks and the Spa is right outside the truck! ITs pretty advance compared to some other hubs that I have seen! Well Great Video man! Have a great one!

  • Thank you. Our management is trying to get those extending belts that Ive been hearing about. It would be cool if someone would post a video of one. I dont see how it would help our center, seems that the loaders have enough problems when the unloaders are having a good day. Im sure it would help the outgoing crew stack ..Good job going #1.

  • drop frames are the worst trailers how can you be lucky getting one of those?! Our center runs alot more smoothly since new management. Where are the centers you work at?

  • Them belly trucks are crap! 8 out of 10 have a slope at the end, even when the trailer is jacked up all the way you still have to push them out. A lot of energy wasted! Or, the rollers are rusted so bad they wont spin. Sometimes we will get ONE that works really good, The sound of them rollers spinning on a good 10-15 minute run is awesome but its too much for our loaders if we are working off 3 doors. That is, if the Spa computers are working right. We take care of Western KY.

  • The scanner always seems to give us problems. we have new printers that seems to be most of them. Our conveyors dont extend into the truck but maybe 3 foot at the most, then we use rollers that weigh about 80 pounds with stands. When were lucky we will see a belly truck with a good set of rollers built in. Our side belts is where the spa works in bags and on point the unloaders work them in between trucks. We get between 750 and 1100% on average.

  • Ur UPS seems to run more smoothly then the one i work at. Im the scanner. Im the only one who scans. Our conveyor belts do NOT extend into the truck. I work in the bags in between gaps in the belt. Were lucky if we get 30 seconds to take a sip of water to stay hydrated. We have 4 guys loading 18 different routes. fucking sucks man. fucking sucks.

  • We work off 3 doors, 2 unloaders on the main belt with a person splitting and working bags and 1 unloader on each side with a SPA working in bags.. Sometimes we run 2 Spas off the front with 1 or 2 splitters. I think we run about 40 routes, with 1 person per 3 or 4 cars depending on the route. Whats up with your manpower??

  • we did have like 9 people, they cut it down tremendously, to see if we could do it. well we can do it, BUT its hard as hell. So they figured, hey if they can do it, no need for help right? financially its smart, ethically, and morally, its dead wrong.

  • Dang.. We have 10 in the unload area alone.. I know what you mean about that.. We go in later and finish the same time as normal, unload is faster and I know its gotta be hell on the Preloaders.. But they still complain about missloads. I guess they rather pay the drivers to run all over hell, than to let us do it right the first time. Is it really saving money?? I wouldnt think so.

  • excellent video!!!

  • Thanks

  • Labels Up, and where is small sort...???LOL

  • Thats something I didnt get. Its all put away to make room for package cars.

  • What wahat sort facility was this video done at?

  • still have rollers while unloading trailers? myrtle beach hub has extendos now, conveyor belt that extends its pretty sweet

  • Our center here in Paris, Tn still has rollers too. They have been saying every since I started that we are going to get the extendos. Well here it is nearly 4 years later and we still use the rollers..lol
