There are however laws that are posted everywhere such as traffic laws that people willingly and intentionally disobey. That's why the people above are necessary in the judicial process. They'll be the ones that bring this case to the attention of the courts which will hopefully rule this law unconstitutional. You personally can't just deem a certain rule unconstitutional, that's the courts' job.
