I have heard (but do not directly believe) that God is the essence of everything in existence. That he is not a he, not a being, and not a spirit. That he is what you, I, they, and it is made up of. In image of him, time does not exist and never has and he has existed infinitely in what we call time, thus, he was never created and supposedly was just there all along. In my opinion I just can't believe nor disbelieve anything related to God that is, or has not already been proven. I take no side.
In my mind, it's logical to have a God. In other's, probably not, but I don't really mind. If God does exist, cool lol. If not, well then I guess when I die I'll never know. heheh It's all only perspective, after all.
the 1D and the 2D cannot experience the 3D and the 4D, but both the 3D(width, length, height) and the 4D (that being time) can experience the first and the second dimension. logically speaking, it could be true that God is beyond out dimension. (how far? 6D? 133D? lol who knows) I respect your feelings on this, as I respect a lot of my friends (who are mostly athiests) and they respect me. let's not let religion get in the way of us humans, eh? lol
hello, hitch! (you're super mario LP fan here lol) I respect your views. Personally, I was raised in a Roman Catholic up bringing. While I admit, I'm not the best Christian and I don't practice this religion as most people would think I should, I still believe in God. "can he be present in the future and the past simultaneously." Made me think, logically, that it may be true. :) the first dimension cannot experience the 2D, but the second dimension can experience the first.
@reegeena hey im glad to hear from you here! I really don't mean this video to be offensive in anyway, I've just always wanted to express my views which may be a bit aggressive but I have nothing against theists (in fact to the contrary most of my friends are Christians lol)...as long as you don't kill for your God or anything ;P I'm relieved you don't hate me or anything cause I was planning on doing some more LPs haha. And yes I don't want our perspectives to interfere with anything either :)
A large factor of why humanity believes in religion is fear of change. Like tradition most religious people believe what has only been past on by mainly family and thus being born into religious belief comes only as the default version of life. Most wont accept anything logical cause they dont only not know any better but refuse to know any better. I guess its just the flaw of being mortal and for most to not reach a logical mature minded state to realise that religion is what keeps us divided.
I'm just curious about you know things. We have our own beliefs, you who believe in atheism and there are who believe in God. But if I may note that there are still much more things that the human race hasn't discovered If I would see it, it is only a tiny fraction of a fraction of a fraction. So new knowledge may arise that may prove which faction is really correct
@cholo12175 yes you are right, victor stenger is one of the few scientists that believe science can say for certain there is no god, that's not what I'm saying here, I just think that this idea does not work logically. And I think you should give us more credit because although there is much more to learn we do know a large amount about how our world works and none of it at all can point to the existance of a God, or unicrons. It is simply not necessary and only creates more problems & questions
