  • Thank you! Protest, that's the key word.First part of the word Protestant.

  • @gtepp031387. Gtepp you are brainwashed. Why the Hell do you think a snake worshiper can be a Pope?

  • @petrusprimus Sry the Pope doesn't worship anything but GOD, he respects the human race and wishes peace, but "Worship is for GOD alone"~ Pope Benedict

  • @gtepp031387 If you would have watched this video watch?v=dvIVPwdpfaI , you would have seen that not only did Wojtyla pray with Jews for the coming of the Messiah and venerate the devil worshiper Ghandi's tomb, but he also partook of the chalice of demons in a pagan ritual and revered the Dali Lama before a statue of Buddha. MODERNISM is the worst heresy, as it mixes Catjholic doctrine with heresy and apostasy. Catholicism is 100%, not 90% or even 99.7%. You are either in or you are out.

  • @petrusprimus The Pope is not held by any synodical document nor decree, he is free to build bridges for the Jews and Pagan. He can become all things for all so that some might be saved, and he can not be judged by any but GOD.

  • @gtepp031387 Your a loser who perverts the Catholic faith and the truth of the apostasy of Wojtyla's life. Please go head bob with him and kiss your Korans. Those who excuse the New World Religion will be damned along with its propagators.

  • @petrusprimus What synodical document are you holding the Pope to?...Do you not know he is held by none?...He is free to build bridges, he may respect all life, as we should all do, he may build briges of peace, or at least try, that is his job, your job is to follw the chair that Jesus left, and let GOD judge him alone.

  • Really? I bet that talk is! BTW hows the hammer and nails working you creepy old right wing cretin.

  • @Wilyam23 Hi. You are not a Catholic. You belong to the Novus Ordo which accepts all abominations including sodomy (which is why many of their priests sodomize little (and big) children. PLEASE do yourself a favor and read a copy of My Catholic Faith. Vatican 2 is a deception meant to have you lose your eternal soul. Give up your pop "Catholicism" and be ready to die for the True Catholic Faith, something glorious, not simply humanist.

  • @petrusprimus ridiculous claims you are not Catholic by definition you are a protestant was well protesting right? we follow the Vicar of Christ. dont come here and preach your false righteousness we are the True ONE Holy Catholic and Apostolic Church. P.S. I AM WILLING TO DIE FOR MY CATHOLIC FAITH.

    AMDG

  • @14alonso88 The teachings of Ratzinger and his bogus New World Order church can be proven false when put next to CATHOLIC teaching, ratified by popes, saints and Jesus Christ Himself. Are you willing to tell me that this statement is CATHOLIC?: “[W]e are in agreement that a Jew, and this is true for believers of other religions, DOES NOT NEED to know or acknowledge Christ as the Son of God in order to be saved."

  • @14alonso88 Or do you even find this heretic's statement surprising, when the Novus Ordo allows REAL Protestants (notice capital "P") to receive Holy Communion. The Novus Ordo is a low-class kennel. What is holy should not be given to dogs; the faithless Novus Ordites must then only have wine & cookies. What I protest are wicked ANTI POPES, who unceasingly violate the holy dogmas of the Catholic Faith and deceive souls like you who are willing to die for a man in a costume, not Christ's Vicar.

  • @petrusprimus The NO doesn't say protestants can recieve the holy body, it only states that EOC can recieve the body. Furthermore the church teaches that those THROUGH NO FAUL OF THERE OWN wether they be Jew or Muslim or Protestant can be saved.

I would ask you to provide one infallible statment that a current Pope is against, or I would ask you to come home.

  • @gtepp031387 NO Code of Canon Law#844 §4 If there is a danger of death or if, in the judgment of the diocesan Bishop or of the Episcopal Conference, there is some other grave and pressing need, catholic ministers may lawfully administer these same sacraments to other christians not in full communion with the catholic Church. (i.e. you can give a heretic holy communion in the Novus Ordo under certain conditions). This is MANIFESTLY against Divine Law and the practice of the Catholic Church.

  • @petrusprimus The saints, doctors and Jesus Christ make it clear. No one can be saved outside the Catholic Church. Heretics like Ratzinger will continue to lead you by the nose, because you worship the robes and vestments, not Jesus Christ. I follow the teachings of Christ and pray to be saved. You will not be saved if you follow the teachings of antipopes who appeal to man's vanity with their wicked New Mass and glorification of man in their thousands of new "saints" like Escriva, the deceiver

  • @gtepp031387 You are referring to a Novus Ordo teaching on "invinicible ignorance", not a Catholic one. It is IMPOSSIBLE for those not in a state of grace (having the Holy Trinity dwelling in their souls) to see God. They are NOT in communion with the Body of Christ; this is DOGMA; "[The Holy Roman Church] firmly believes, professes and teaches that none of those who are not within the Catholic Church, not only Pagans, but Jews, heretics and schismatics, can ever be partakers of eternal life,

  • @petrusprimus Of course we are working twords being in FULL communion with everything the church teaches and believes, but I doubt there are but a handful that truley are in FULL communion. So yes at times of grave import we have mercy and allow those in PARTIUAL communion to partake of the body and blood.

By the way you still have not given an ex-cathedra statment that the Pope is against.

  • @petrusprimus "[I]t is clear that by the will and command of God the Church rests upon St. Peter, just as a building rests on its foundation. Now the proper nature of a foundation is to be a principle of cohesion for the various parts of the building. It (the Pope) must be the necessary condition of stability and strength. Remove it and the whole building falls." ~ Pope Leo XIII...Sry but our current Pope was correctly ordained as Pope he is the rock on which the gates of hell will NEVER PREVAIL

  • @gtepp031387 unless before the close of their lives they shall have entered into that Church"; Pope Boniface VIII, Unam Sanctam. In short, I am saying the people you call "popes" are no popes at all, but impostors. I suggest you study what happened to the Church at the conclave of 1958. You just have to replace the above suffix on your browser with this one /watch?v=60NrxZuyl0Y&feature=related. I beg you to do this. It is only in the Catholic Church where you can be saved.

  • @petrusprimus "they shall have entered into that Church"...Yep there are three things that make one PART of the church according to the infallible cannon THE BIBLE. They are one be baptized, two accept Jesus as LORD and savior, three confess with yoiu lips and believe in your heart that Jesus is LORD and Christ. Most Prots forfill these so they are PART of the Catholic church.

  • @gtepp031387 Hello. You are not addressing the points at hand. Yes, a Trinitarian baptism with the right intention brings someone in communion with God and heresy destroys that. HOWEVER, the New Order church teaches that carnal Mohammedans and even penis-worshiping Hindus share this divine life. They are NOT baptized and CANNOT share in the life of God, unless they become Catholic (like a baptized Protestant starts out as). As far as Woytla goes, no, I didn't say he was a valid priest. he is a

  • @petrusprimus On the matter of other religions the church teaches only that they "WHO THROUGH NO FAULT OF THERE OWN" have not come to know Christ can be saved, like infants and childen and people who have been brainwashed there whole lives, only GOD can see into the heart of these matters.

  • @petrusprimus It is impossible for a living Pope to lead the church into error, he may lead himself into error but not the church, and the Pope is free to be a bridge builder and free from all decrees by holy law and only a Pope has the authority to name another Pope a heritic.

  • @petrusprimus "she is subject to no writings or issues in synodical documents, on account of the eminence of her pontificate .....even as in all these things all are equally subject to her (the Church of Rome) according to sacerodotal law. And so when, without fear, but with all holy and becoming confidence, those ministers (the popes) are of the truly firm and immovable rock, that is of the most great and Apostolic Church of Rome." ~ St Maximus the confessor.

  • @petrusprimus By the way you still have not given an infallible statment that the Pope is against.

  • @petrusprimus Hello. It's quite simple. The Pope cannot contradict the Catholic Faith: period. What you are dealing with since Pope Pius XII are NON-POPES, FAKES, IMPOSTORS, HERETICS, FRAUDS, APOSTATES, ANTI-POPES. I have given you two videos already. I don't know what else you need, for Christ said that the blind will not see: period. If you do not seek the truth, as you do not love it, you will never see, and be entranced by these snake worshipers who despise God's Revelation. ?v=dvIVPwdpfaI

  • @petrusprimus Oh a 21st century you tube video...well that will just be 100% truthfull and accurate, forget studing all of the holy fathers, the holy faith of old, this 21st century you tube video will answer all...man wake up, get out of your cult and come home, there is one church and one chair founded on St Peter, it is impossible to set up another alter or another priesthood. The gates of hell will NEVER prevail against the rock.

  • @petrusprimus "He only speaks in vain who thinks he ought to pursuade or entrap persons like myself, and does not satisfy and implore the blessed Pope of the most holy Catholic Church of the Romans,.. which is from the incarnate of the Son of God Himself, and also all the holy synods, accodring to the holy canons and definitions has received universal and surpreme dominion, authority, and power of binding and loosing over all the holy churches of God throughout the whole world." ~ St Maximus

  • @gtepp031387 heretic apostate who has denied the faith in HUNDREDS of ways, including worshiping a snake and praying at the tomb of the penis-worshiping unbaptized Ghandi. No, one cannot remain a Catholic and worship with Jews or offer sacrifices to snake gods. One must be a member of the Church in order to be its head. Canon Law from 1917 ,188.4 (current law)states that: if a cleric (pope, bishop, etc.) becomes a heretic, he loses his office without any declaration by operation of law."

  • Please.

  • This video is straight to the point. Sadly many will react violently especially when immorality is already a part of the culture. Some would rather deny God's commandment than break their culture of death. Man never learns from history of God & man relationship. It is well presented in the bible and history books of the world.

  • homosexuality is not evil. Its the homosexual act that is grave. We love and acept our homosexual brothers and sisters.

  • @xukeith33 We love the sinner and hate the sin. It is a sin.

  • @xukeith33 Sin is not act, sin is thought. Homosexuality is no different a sin than lusting after a member of your opposite sex, wrong but not exclusively wrong.

  • If the Pope is infallible then the people who pick the Pope must also be considered as infallible. So them the people who pick the Pope pickers must be infallible ..... see where I'm going with this?

  • @djgraememaclean You're going in the wrong direction. God inspires the college of bishops for a specific moment in time while they pray for Divine discernment/inspiration. They do not have to be infallible to select one that will be infallible (no more than the pope is infallible before he is elected pope. Through their submission and faith in God and through their ordained positions within the Church, they are given the power to make this decision, but on no power of their own.

  • @Wilyam23 Its good to see that your so open and cool about a heated issue like this. The fighting between Catholics and Protestants has even lead to wars, as we have seen in such occurrences as the fighting in the 50's-80's in Ireland between Southern Irish and British reforms. But I think we definitely have bigger problems then each other. Thanks for helping some of the more weary catholics and protestants.

  • @Wilyam23 Have you been watching the recent showtime show called 'The Borgias'? Not much has changed with the college of cardinals since then my friend. Rome is still corrupt and the Roman Catholic Church is still the great whore that sits upon many waters!

  • I'm Catholic but Im not sure if Im Protestant. I believe that anyone who believes in God goes to heaven,I believe that we should respect Mary and not worship statues.

  • @Simpsonspuppy You're Protestant. :) Catholics believe that only those who believe in the Trinity and Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, and accept His Church that He established (the Catholic Church) will be saved, unless they are truely ignorant of the Truth. Those who honestly believe that they are following Christ and who have made every effort to discern the Truth, can still be saved, but not those living in willful ignorance. You're right about Mary. Catholics ONLY worship the Trinity.

  • @Wilyam23 Thanks. But this will be hard to tell my folks cause I am under 18, and strict about religon.

  • @Simpsonspuppy I was kidding you a little there Simpson. That is what the Church teaches, but you're young and still learning and it's perfectly okay to ask questions and try to figure things out. Most of us want to believe that anyone can go to Heaven, but God gave us specific guidelines on how to love Him and how to get to Heaven. We can always have faith in His infinite love and fatherly mercy. God bless you

  • @Wilyam23 Ohh I get it. Yeah, I should wait until Im older and then I'll find out.

  • @Simpsonspuppy Just keep praying on it, while you study intensely. Start by studying the Church Fathers. You'll find that all the early Church Fathers were distinctly Catholic in everything they believed and practiced. Go to the beginning to find the True Church, not 1600 years later when men made up their own religions (i.e. see the Protestant Reformation).

  • @Wilyam23 Just wanted to assure you that I am not saying Catholicism is not the Church of Christ, just not the Church he exclusively commissioned.

  • @EbsNhexz I agree with you on that point.

  • @Wilyam23, are you familiar with The National Sunday Law? It will force eventually force all to go to church. What are your thoughts? ellenwhiteestate. organization. Also read The Great Controversy and Early Writings for some great insights.

  • Deuteronomy 4:2 Ye shall not add unto the word which I command you, neither shall ye diminish ought from it, that ye may keep the commandments of the LORD your God which I command you. Poor, poor Luther. Why did you disobey God? No doubt he is with Lucifer, as this was the ULTIMATE slap in the face to Yahweh.

  • The problem w/ being deceived is that you don't realize you're deceived. I've had catholics, CATHOLICS, tell me Christianity and catholicism are two different religions. & they're correct. you'll be found lacking on Judgement Day unless you come out of that. Forget the frock in the box, and forget the priests. Read the Bible yourself, which I know you're not encouraged to do. Remember the Inquisition? That ought to be a hint you're in something devillish.

  • Yes, and you certainly have been deceived brother. If a Catholic told you that they were uneducated because Catholicism is the epitome of Christianity. 132 "Therefore, the study of the sacred page should be the very soul of sacred theology. The ministry of the Word, too - pastoral preaching, catechetics and all forms of Christian instruction, among which the liturgical homily should hold pride of place - is healthily nourished and thrives in holiness through the Word of Scripture."111

  • 133 The Church "forcefully and specifically exhorts all the Christian faithful. . . to learn the surpassing knowledge of Jesus Christ, by frequent reading of the divine Scriptures. Ignorance of the Scriptures is ignorance of Christ.112

This from The Catechism of the Catholic Church. This is what we teach. Seems that you are the one who has been deceived. As for the inquisitions, the protestants had their own inquisitions.

  • If you use sin and human frailty to discern where the true Church lies and you used that same measuring stick for the early Jews, you also would have rejected them as the people of God and would have missed the coming of the Messiah. To try and compare Catholics to protestants based on who has commited the most atrocitites, you'll find both are about equal. This is not a logical way to find Christ's Church.

  • @Wilyam23 " the protestants had their own inquisitions." any person/group that kills in the name of the Lord SURELY isn't Christian. you like to use the catholic catechism so much to prove your points. now that you have been informed why there are so many sun symbols in catholicism (Constantine's sun worship), I'll let you in on something else. The cathecism removes the 2nd Commandment dealing w/ worshipping idols/statures, etc & turns the 10th into 2 separate ones for a total of 10. =cult

  • You guys are so ignorant it almost makes my stomach turn, but God love ya! When I get time tonight, I'll answer each of your worn out accusations against Christ and His Church. I'll bet you guys are big fans of Jack Chick! LOL Not that it will do any good because no amount of proof will ever get through your thick, brainwashed skulls. But alas, I'll keep feeding you the Lord's Truth even if you prefer eating from garbage dumpsters.

  • @filoIII EXCELLENT COMMENTS, BROTHER!!! You're doing a much better job at exposing the Catholic lie than I am. Keep on spreading the message, brother and may GOD bless you and all your loved ones. In JESUS' name.

  • @ProphetLuong As a Catholic I would like to ask you this simple question, please answer me if you can: If the Holy Catholic Church is a lie as you say, PLEASE let us know which of the almost 40 thousands Prostestant churches all over the world is the RIGHT one, since all of them disagree with one another ONE WAY or the other...

I really would appreciate your insight. Thanks!!

  • @filoIII What's with these jerks believing everyone in any other religion is going to hell? What about the people that never even knew Christianity or God, or born before the Christian religion was formed? If they are a good person who doesn't sin, do they still go to hell?

  • @MaskedMumblr The Church teaches that only those who willfully reject Christ's Church (the Catholic Church) will go to hell (among other reason that you could go to hell for). Those who were never witnessed to, those who honestly think they hold the Truth, and those who died before Christ can still be saved. Christ after dying descended to the dead where He gave the opportunity for those who had died previously to then accept him and to go on to Heaven. After this, He ascended to Heaven.

  • @Wilyam23 Jesus commissioned the Apostolic Church..The Pentarchy of Jerusalem, Antioch, Alexandria, Rome and Constantinople emerged much later in administration with the Roman state. The `Catholic Church` did not exist until over a thousand years after Christ's birth, it has no more claim of being Christ's sole Church than any other denomination especially the Orthodox Church. There is no scripture to put one denomination above another.

  • @EbsNhexz The Catholic Church was founded by Jesus Christ

2000 years ago. It is the one true church.

  • @curiosity344 You can say that all you like, there is no proof in history or scripture. In fact your Roman Catholic, since the Orthodox have as much right to be called Catholic as you.

  • @EbsNhexz I do say that as often as I like.

    Thanks

  • @curiosity344 You are most welcome.

  • @curiosity344

You're wrong. Jesus Christ NEVER founded the catholic church...that is a blatant lie!

Peter is not the rock. Jesus is the rock in that HE is the son of God...the Messiah.

Peter was an apostle to the jewish people...NOT gentiles. Paul was the apostle to the gentiles...SEE GALATIANS 2ND CHAPTER. (Hint: If you are not a Jew, you are a gentile.)

  • @dancer1563 i see that you haven't done up on your History, silly silly protestant. Plus Protestants have NO AUTHORITY TO INTERPRET SCRIPTURE.

  • @rcarnes1988 Didn't Jesus leave us the Holy Spirit to help us....then why do you catholics try to replace him?

I wouldn't put my faith in a bunch of infalible men...but I can trust the Holy Spirit even if i don't understand him.

  • @shanana000 The holy spirit works in fallible men, like it did to complie the bible...or do you think that the holy spirit made it, compiled it, and dropped it striaght out of the sky? Protestantism is silly and you do follow a fallible man his name was Martin Luther, he made up a new faith and new teachings that no one before the 1500s had ever heard of. I follow the apostles and who they left in charge, to say you follow Christ and do not follow his apostles is just silly.

  • @gtepp031387 History proves that the Bible was already being preached and taught (true meaning of apostolic succession) before it was compiled it.... the Bible is clear that is't the Jews that the Lord left the oracals of God to. Compiling what was already known doesn't give any special kind of revelation too. History proves it's the rcc that kept the Bible from people...once Luther was able to read it and go to rome and see the evil of the rcc and how it doesn't follow the Bible..truth won.

  • @shanana000 "The bible" comes from the Latin word "biblia" which did not come utill 393 A.D. so you just don't have a clue. The Jews, meaning the chosen people of GOD,where selected to keep the word, while they where the choosen people, which is why the Jewish scripture at the time of Christ had all 7 books that you later removed...intresting...However the chosen people of GOD became the followers of Christ(the true Jews)..and please give me these sources of history I bet there Catholic

  • @shanana000 Martin luther was a raving man man that started a full scale war know as the peasants war. He preached that all Jews should be driven out from Germany and killed if they will not go(sound farmiliar....well he was Hitlers spiritual teacher)...He wished that the book of James and Hebrews should be reomoved from the bible and preached a word for word contridication of the holy bible... "Not by faith alone" James 2:24

  • @shanana000 Compiling what was already know?...You obiously haven't a clue there was over 60 gosples and hundreds of writtings up for nomination in the council of Hippo...Rev, 2 Peter, 2 and 3 John, as well as 4 of the epistles of Paul where highly debated about and almost did not make it in....Hemas, Clement, Ignatius, Barabas, where all very nearly scripture, and to this day are considered inspiried just not cannon.

  • @shanana000 By the way the Catholic church did not forbid the bible, smart one. They did not whish to translate it into english(which I think to this day is a smart Idea, I have yet to see a English translation that is not bordering on heresy)..They did at a local council ask that bible should be restricted to church readings, becaues there was a crises of fake scripture going around, however this was a local restiction and was lifted when the crises was resolved.

  • @shanana000 ..cont... How about we give out the NIV to all your church goers(whatever one of the 33,000 different Protestant denonimations you go to) and see how you local gathering responds.

  • @dancer1563 Hello you are very ignorant and have NO understanding of the ancient languages. Do you have ANY idea of what "Cephas" means? I have been to many churches founded from the first century. NONE of them are protestant. The martyrs, including St Peter and St Thomas the Apostle died promoting the Catholic Faith, the one Christian Faith by which ALL men must be saved.

  • If you believe that Mary is co-redemptrix along w/ Jesus and that the pope is the vicar (takes the place of) Christ here on earth, you might be a hell-bound catholic.

If you think works help you attain salvation, you might be a hell-bound member of the catholic cult of the dead woman. Please come out of this soul-damning religion.

  • "The salvation of humanity was accomplished by God’s only begotten Son, Jesus Christ. The Passion and Death of Christ, our sole Redeemer, was not only sufficient but ‘superabundant’ satisfaction for human guilt and the consequent debt of punishment". "But God willed that this work of salvation be accomplished through the collaboration of a woman, while respecting her free will (Gal. 4:4)."

  • We affirm that Jesus is the one High Priest in the new covenant, but the New Testament also calls us to share in that priesthood (Rev. 1:5–6; 1 Pet. 2:5,9). We do this by sharing in Christ’s sufferings (Matt. 16:24; 1 Pet. 4:13). Paul calls himself a "co-worker with Christ" (1 Cor. 3:9) and says part of this is that he is crucified with Christ and shares in Christ’s sufferings (2 Cor. 1:5; Phil. 3:10).

  • God uses and has used human beings (since Adam and Eve) to accomplish His desires/work because that's what he chooses. Just as we are attempting to evangelize each other here on Youtube, we share a cooperative part in the salvific work of Christ, but only because He allows it and wills it. If He did not will this we would simply be mind numb robots (some might argue this anyway :) ). His Passion and dying on the cross are indeed the one and only saving act for any of us, however, He still...

  • gives merit to our efforts (see the beattitudes). Mary, the most perfect example of a human being giving all the Christ, cooperated more than any person in history through her all giving fiat (her 'yes' to God's call). She was of course not deity, she is creature like us, but she is special as she was reserved and predestined throughout history to be the tabernacle of the New Covenant - Jesus Christ. The human part of Jesus was manifested through her body. Jesus honored her...

  • as He was a good Jew and followed the 10 commandments (honor your father and mother). Jesus being fully human and fully divine, it follows that the Trinity also honored Mary. If the Trinity honors Mary, then why do you, a protestant, not honor her? Co-redemptrix only refers to Mary as a willing participant in the work of Christ, not that she is part Savior. Please study what the Church teaches before you jump to wrong conclusions. I admit, it is confusing and I can see how one can draw...

  • the wrong conculsion, but it only takes a precursory study of what the Church actually teaches and believes about this to understand that in no way is the Church trying to say that Mary is a co-Jesus or that in any way shape or form is she anything but creature and human. There is only one God for Catholics - the Trinity - Father-Son-Holy Spirit. Period.

  • @Wilyam23 No, it doesn't follow the Trinity also honored Mary. your man-made logic is going to get you cast into the burning pit for all eternity. & I don't mean purgatory. So the catholic cult of the dead woman doesn't teach that Mary is co-redemptrix w/ Jesus huh? "Membership in the Militia means complete dedication to the Kingdom of God and to the salvation of souls through Mary Immaculate." -Pope John Paul II

  • @Wilyam23 "We have an advocate in Mary that the father, Son, and Holy Spirit cannot say no to. It is impossible for them to say no to her! -Fr. Stephan Scheier

Does the term "Totus tuus sum, Maria" mean anything to you?

To this day, Rome calls Mary the "Queen of Heaven." This is the exact same title given to the Pagan goddess of old Jeremiah spoke of. Even wiccans call their goddesses "queen of heaven." I'm not confused about this. Your boys said these things. I"ve got more.

  • @Wilyam23 you mean Gal 4:4-5 But when the fulness of the time was come, God sent forth his Son, made of a woman, made under the law, To redeem them that were under the law, that we might receive the adoption of sons.--I have a sneaky suspicion you're using v4 to say Mary is also a redeemer. It doesn't say that. Mary worship is nothing more than repackaged paganism. Isis, Horus and that whole mess. you're in a cult.

  • I have a sneaky suspiscion that you're following a man-made religion not of Christ. Christ established One Church, the Catholic Church and you're evidently not in it. I have another sneaky suspiscion that you leave your interpretation of the mutililated Bible that you use up to yourself. I also have a sneaky suspiscion that you church shop until you find one that best suits what you THINK is right. Must be hard making a decision out of over 35,000 different sects.

  • Guess you can always start your own, huh?

  • Wily- Christ DID establish one church. Ac 11:26c And the disciples were called Christians first in Antioch.--the catholic "church" didn't come about until 325 a.d. w/ Constantine, who, btw, melded his pagan sun worship (read that as Baal worship) w/ Christianity that had been around for 300 yrs. that is what catholicism is. a meshing of true Christianity and sun worship. ever noticed all the sun symbols in catholicicm? If you'd like more quotes from Leo XIII, Pius X and Pius XII, lemme know

  • Even Peter said Jesus is the Rock 1Pet 2:7-8 Unto you therefore which believe he is precious: but unto them which be disobedient, the stone which the builders disallowed, the same is made the head of the corner, And a stone of stumbling, and a rock of offence, even to them which stumble at the word, being disobedient: whereunto also they were appointed.

  • Wilyam23, you are such a weirdo. What "Protestant" churches are you talking about? Most Protestant Churches are still against homosexual marriages while most Catholic priests & Fathers are homosexuals who love to rape boys.

The same goes for divorces, abortion, etc...true Protestants are ABSOLUTELY OPPOSED to these unChristian items.

  • @ProphetLuong The Episcopalians, Evangelical Lutherans, and on and on and on are accepting gay clergy and recognizing gay marriage. Do you live under a rock? Yes some are against, but I guess you just shop for the church that believes closest to how you want to live, huh? Rather than accepting what Christ and His One Holy and Apostolic Church teach you. The crap about the priests is getting old. Protestants have more of a problem with pedofile clergy than Catholics. Do your homework.

  • @Wilyam23 I'm Pentecostal & we believe in ONLY JESUS & Bible. Sadly, the groups you mentioned all started out as fanatical as we are but now, they have gone the way of Sodom & Gommarah. So let them be damned by GOD.

As for you catholics, we are already damned by opening rebelling against the word of GOD. For example, you now accept the lie called evolution which states that Genesis & JESUS are wrong! And you call yourself Christians while thinking our great granddaddies are apes? LOL!!!

  • @ProphetLuong Again, you show your excessive ignorance of Catholicism. Catholics do not 'believe' in evolution, however we do not outright reject it either. The Catholic position is that if God used evolution as part of His creation, then so be it, and should science ever prove that, it would not and could not be a contradiction against God, since God created all, including science. Catholics do not take a stance on this other than God created all regardless of how.

  • @Wilyam23 WAIT WAIT WAIT HERE!!! Either you're pregnant or you're not pregnant. Either evolNUTion is true & the word of GOD is wrong or vice versa. In other words, evolNUTion & the Bible are MUTUALLY EXCLUSIVE!!!

The only one showing excessive ignorance is YOU, buddy. Genesis said GOD made the Earth in 6 days while evolNUTion said the Earth took billions of years to form. And since you Hell-bound Catholics believe in evolNUTion, you spit in GOD's face & call HIM a liar. Case closed.

  • @ProphetLu As the Catechism puts it, "Methodical research in all branches of knowledge, provided it is carried out in a truly scientific manner and does not override moral laws, can never conflict with the faith, because the things of the world and the things the of the faith derive from the same God.

  • @Wilyam23 Stop your nonsense!!! Just listen to what you're saying here!!! Read the two posts above to see your poor attempt to cover up the great follies of your "church" fall apart in light of the Truth.

  • @ProphetLuong The humble and persevering investigator of the secrets of nature is being led, as it were, by the hand of God in spite of himself, for it is God, the conserver of all things, who made them what they are" (CCC 159). The Catholic Church has no fear of science or scientific discovery .

  • @Wilyam23 In other words, you have NO ANSWER to justify the great errors of your Catholic Church of Satan. Again, Genesis said GOD made the Earth in 6 days while evolNUTion said the Earth took billions of years to form. And since you Hell-bound Catholics believe in evolNUTion, you spit in GOD's face & call HIM a liar. For that, ALL Catholics will burn in Hell.

You better repent right now before it's too late, Sir!!! I'm very worried for your soul. In JESUS's name.

  • @ProphetLuong Any 'errors' of our Church were caused by humans, who by nature are weak and in need of God's saving Grace. God came for the sinner, not the righteous and had no problem founding His Church on sinners. We will always make mistakes, but on matters of guiding us in faith, morals and holy dogma, the Church will remain protected by God Almighty until our Savior returns - this He promised.

  • @Wilyam23 OF COURSE, we humans always make errors. But you Catholic liars love to proclaim that your Church of Satan is perfect & your Popes are infallible & always right. Bull feces!!!

Most of the Popes were nothing more than murderous, fornicating drunks who lived like the devil. So how DARE you catholics accuse anyone of being un-Christians if you yourselves are the epitome of the Anti-Christ!??!

ALL CATHOLICS WILL BURN IN HELL FOR THEIR DISOBEDIENCE TOWARDS GOD!!! REPENT NOW!!!

  • @ProphetLuong I wonder how other pentecostals think about having you as a representative of their faith? Just because people spoke in tongues in the Bible doesn't mean that it gave rise to a distinct off-shoot of Christ's One Church. The pentecostal movement had its origins in believers who were intensely desiring more of God in the late 19th century. People were getting interested in world evangelization and realized that they needed the original power of the Holy Spirit to do this.

  • @Luong The pentecostal movement had its origins in believers who were intensely desiring more of God in the late 19th century. People were getting interested in world evangelization and realized that they needed the original power of the Holy Spirit to do this. Hmmm, late 19th century. That sounds pretty recent. Probably started by a man that thought he knew better than Christ's Church. What do you bet?

  • @Luong. Sounds like you don't even know why your church started. Says they started to try and evangelize, yet you say you have no obligation to evangelize. That doesn't sound like it would come from the mouth of Christ to me. Last time I checked, we are ALL His children and should be treated as such. He came for the sinner, not the righteous. What version of the Bible do you read? We Catholics still use the original which is a good idea. Remember, we gave it to everyone else. God bless.

  • @Wilyam23 I don't bet. Besides, you would clearly lose because your Whore of Revelation 17 is not Christ's Church.

True Christians belong to HIS Assembly because we obey his laws found in the Holy Bible while you Hell-bound Catholics follow your own man-made laws & doctrines that were written by some boy-molesting priests or Fathers.

  • @ProphetLuong I think anyone reading this would conclude that you're definitely not a man with Christ's heart. You are filled with Islamic hatred from your past and it's just coming out in a new fashion. You should consider exorcism - also Biblical. I'll pray for your soul brother. I'd hate to stand before God Almighty after having spoken as you have about his holy priests, His Church and His Mother. God bless you

  • @Wilyam23 Sorry, the Bible instructs us not to interpret the Bible using our own personal opinion. Translation for you: just because you're too ignorant of the Bible to label me un-Christian for exposing your Catholic lies does not make that the Truth.

Fact of the matter is, I'm doing EXACTLY the SAME THING JESUS did: expose phony religious leaders who lie to advance their own personal agenda. You Catholics are the modern-day frauds who put your man-made traditions above GOD's law. Sad...

  • @ProphetLuong Keep studying and praying. Study the early Church and find out what all the first Christians believed. They weren't Pentecostals. They were wholly Catholic. Willful ignorance is a dangerous place to remain.

  • @Wilyam23 Take your own advice there, buddy, since 99.999% of you Bible-dumb Catholics never even to crack open a Bible to study it to see how anti-Chrisitan your Church of Satan is. If you Catholics would simply study your Bible, you weren't be the Catholic pagans that you are now.

I will pray for you & all those boy-raping Fathers & priests who devour little boys & girls in the Catholic Church of Satan.

  • @tLuong Let's see, you a newbee wannabe Christian (which is a good thing), are lecturing me on the Christian faith when I have been raised and schooled in it since birth. You who are using a mutilitated Bible are telling me that we do not read the Bible when we own it. I read it almost daily and Catholics get more Scripture read to them at one Mass that most protestants get in months. The Deuterocanonicals you refer to were referenced by Christ and His apostles in the New Testament many times

  • @Wilyam23 WRONG!!! I was talking about the Apocrypha which even Jews don't consider it to be part of their religious books! What the Hell are you talking about? LOL!!!

JESUS NEVER mentioned or quoted anything from the Apocrypha . Your demonic Vatican used it to justify the false man-made doctrine of purgatory to earn big bucks! So sad your Catholic "Church" is a spiritual whore house whose values are the bottom line & power. No wonder no Catholic will ever go to Heaven. In JESUS' name.

  • Where do I start with your ignorant arrogance? You have no clue about the Septuagint in the Deuterocanonicals which you protestants heretically call the aprocrypha? Study up on your Bible here. You have been duped by other ignoramuses. This shows you over 100 citations used by Christ and his apostles from the books your heretical church threw in the garbage.

  • Matt. 2:16 - Herod's decree of slaying innocent children was prophesied in Wis. 11:7 - slaying the holy innocents.Matt. 6:19-20 - Jesus' statement about laying up for yourselves treasure in heaven follows Sirach 29:11 - lay up your treasure.

Matt.. 7:12 - Jesus' golden rule "do unto others" is the converse of Tobit 4:15 - what you hate, do not do to others. Matt. 7:16,20 - Jesus' statement "you will know them by their fruits" follows Sirach 27:6 - the fruit discloses the cultivation.

  • Matt. 9:36 - the people were "like sheep without a shepherd" is same as Judith 11:19 - sheep without a shepherd. Matt. 11:25 - Jesus' description "Lord of heaven and earth" is the same as Tobit 7:18 - Lord of heaven and earth. Matt. 12:42 - Jesus refers to the wisdom of Solomon which was recorded and made part of the deuterocanonical books. Matt. 16:18 - Jesus' reference to the "power of death" and "gates of Hades" references Wisdom 16:13. Matt. 22:25; Mark 12:20; Luke 20:29

  • Go to scripture catholic dot com forward slash deuterocanon dot html and read over a hundred of these.

  • @Wilyam23 What a silly goose you are! Those events & quotes from the Bible happened INDEPENDENTLY of what happened in the Aprocrypha! Just because sources tell or describe the same event or story does not mean one came from or is depedent on the other! Poor analogy!!!

Also, if the Aprocrypha was holy, why didn't the Jews consider them to be part of their Torah? They only consider it to be History books. Poor try, my friend!!!

  • Protestant and indepdnednt scholars all agree that Jesus and His apostles quoted from the Septuagint frequently in the New Testament. This matter has been put to rest. The fact that you want to continue to live in the dark is your unfortunate and doomed choice. Keep asking questions though my friend, because like many misinformed protestants throughout history, it was through their investigation and question asking that they were eventually converted to Christ. Peace

  • @Wilyam23 I'm not Protestant!!! Protestants are merely catholics who want to change the demonic Catholic Church of Satan. I'm a True Christian who wants to totally destroy it to free billions of ignorant souls from going to Hell!

  • Do you study at all, or just spew out the same old tired drivel and lies that you hear other ignorant heretics babble? Jesus and His apostles were Jews along with the first Christians in His Church. I'll go with the books they say should be in our Bible, and not care what the Jews that crucified my Savior and wanted to snuff out Christianity said abou tthe books that make up our canon. There's much more information on this available on the internet for anyone that cares to know the Truth.

  • @Wilyam23 Man, you're so stupid! The Jews wrote those books as historical accounts of what happened in their people's history. These books were not even considered religious by them! Who the Hell are you kidding me?

Also, your Catholic church of Satan didn't accept this books until HUNDREDS of years later! It was your church leaders who decided which books to accept NOT JESUS! Get your facts straight, mister!

  • Protestant authors Archer and Chirichigno list 340 places where the New Testament cites the Septuagint but only 33 places where it cites from the Masoretic Text rather than the Septuagint .

  • For those who may not know, the Septuagint was the Greek translation of the Hebrew Old Testament. The common abbreviation for it—LXX, or the Roman numerals for 70—come from a legend that the first part of the Septuagint was done by 70 translators.

  • By the first century, the LXX was the Bible of Greek-speaking Jews and so was the most frequently used version of the Old Testament in the early Church. For this reason, it was natural for the authors of the New Testament to lift quotes from it while writing in Greek to the Church.

  • The Old Testament took over one thousand years to compile, and the list of inspired books grew continuously as God’s word was revealed. This gradual accretion indicated that the Jewish people felt no need for a static canon but remained open to further revelation. They divided their sacred writings into three parts: the law, the prophets, and the writings (which were canonized in that order).

  • By the time of Christ, the law—and most likely the prophets—was set in number, but the writings were not yet closed. In Jesus’ time, the Samaritans and Sadducees accepted the law but rejected the prophets and writings. The Pharisees accepted all three. Other Jews used a Greek version (the Septuagint) that included the seven disputed books, known as the deuterocanonicals.

  • Still other Jews used a version of the canon that is reflected in the Septaguint and included versions of the seven books in question in their original Hebrew or Aramaic. When the Christians claimed that they had written new scriptures, Jews from a rabbinical school in Javneh met around year 80 and, among other things, discussed the canon. They did not include the New Testament nor the seven Old Testament works and portions of Daniel and Esther.

  • This still did not settle the Pharisee canon, since not all Jews agreed with or even knew about the decision at Javneh. Rabbis continued to debate it into the second and third centuries. Even today, the Ethiopian Jews use the same Old Testament as Catholics.

If anything is certain, it is that there was no common canon among the Jews at the time of Christ.

  • At the Council of Rome in 382, the Church decided upon a canon of 46 Old Testament books and 27 in the New Testament. This decision was ratified by the councils at Hippo (393), Carthage (397, 419), II Nicea (787), Florence (1442), and Trent (1546). The entire canon of Scripture was not decided upon until hundreds of years after Christ. Thus, like the Catholic Church of today, the apostles relied on tradition to decide on what to teach and believe. Please study and pray.

  • @Wilyam23 And who are these so-called Protestant authors? Extremely liberal ones who probably quesition the very existance of JESUS?

I can care less what men's opinions are of the Truth. Fact is, the RC didn't include those historical books in the Bible until hundreds of years after the death of JESUS to serve its selfish money-making plans, so why should we?

  • @ProphetLuong what in the bible speaks against being catholic

  • @williemetoyer23 The question should be: where does the Catholic Church speak against the Bible & True Christianity. Here is it:

    1) calling others “Father” (Matthew 23:8-10)

    2) celibacy (1 Timothy 4:3)

    3) diet law or Lent (1 Timothy 4:3 & Mark 7:14-16)

    4) belief in evolution (Genesis 1)

    5) man-made doctrines (Mark 7:7–16)

    6) Peter NEVER stepped foot in Roma (Galatians 2:7-9)

    7) Pope’s infallibility (Matthew 19:17, Mark 10:18, Roman 3:10-12 & 19-20)

  • 1) Acts7:2Stephen "our father Abraham," Rom 9:10Paul "our father Isaac."Jesus is not forbidding us to call men "fathers" who actually are such, either literally or spiritually. To refer to such people as fathers is only to acknowledge the truth, and Jesus is not against that.He is warning people against inaccurately attributing fatherhood,to those who do not have it.

  • As the apostolic example shows, some genuinely do have a spiritual fatherhood, meaning that they can be referred to as spiritual fathers. What must not be done is to confuse their form of spiritual paternity with that of God.Ultimately, God is our supreme protector, provider, and instructor.

  • 2) 1Cor7:8-9"To the unmarried and the widows I say that it is well for them to remain single as I am. But if they cannot exercise self-control, they should marry. For it is better to marry than to be aflame with passion" 27-34 "Are you free from a wife? Do not seek marriage. . . those who marry will have worldly troubles, and I would spare you that. . .

  • The unmarried man is anxious about the affairs of the Lord, how to please the Lord; but the married man is anxious about worldly affairs, how to please his wife, and his interests are divided. And the unmarried woman or girl is anxious about the affairs of the Lord, how to be holy in body and spirit; but the married woman is anxious about worldly affairs, how to please her husband" Paul’s conclusion: He who marries "does well; and he who refrains from marriage will do better" (7:38).

  • 3) Paul recommended permanently giving up marriage and meat. Thus he himself was celibate (1 Cor. 7:8). He recommended the same for ministers (2 Tim. 2:3-4) and for the unmarried in order to devote themselves more fully to the Lord (1 Cor. 7:32-34), unless doing so would subject them to great temptations (1 Cor. 7:9). Similarly, he recommended giving up meat permanently if it would prevent others from sinning (1 Cor. 8:13).

  • Since the Catholic Church requires abstinence from meat only on a temporary basis, it clearly does not regard meat is immoral. Instead, it regards it as the giving up of a good thing in order to attain a spiritual goal.

  • 4) I've explained this to you before. Christ's Church does NOT 'believe' in evolution. We believe that God created all and nothing happened by accident. God also created science and scientists and therefore regardless of what science may ever reveal to us, it can never contradict God or His One, Holy, Catholic and Apostolic Church. Evolution is simply a theory.

  • 5)THE Bible makes it clear the apostles did not practice or teach sola scriptura. They taught that, in addition to Scripture, sacred Tradition (the oral transmission of the gospel) is authoritative and must be adhered to and be faithfully handed on to future generations. This scriptural teaching has been maintained by the Church.

"I praise you because you remember me in everything and hold fast to the traditions, just as I handed them on to you" (1 Cor. 11:2).

  • "I received from the Lord what I also handed on to you, that the Lord Jesus . . . took bread, and said, 'This is my body that is for you. . . . This cup is the new covenant in my blood.'" (1 Cor. 11:23-25).

"Therefore, brothers, stand firm and hold fast to the traditions that you were taught, either by an oral statement or by a letter of ours" (2 Thess. 2:15).

  • "We instruct you, brothers, in the name of [our] Lord Jesus Christ, to shun any brother who conducts himself in a disorderly way and not according to the tradition they received from us" (2 Thess. 3:6).

"Take as your norm the sound words that you have heard from me, in the faith and love that are in Christ Jesus. Guard this rich trust with the help of the Holy Spirit." (2 Tim. 1:13-14).

  • "Be strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus. And what you heard from me through many witnesses entrust to faithful men who will have the ability to teach others as well" (2 Tim. 2:2).

Without Christ's Church to guide you, you go afoul, just as you and 35,000 and counting other protestant sects have done. You follow the flawed teachings of men and not God and take God's Word out of context and twist and corrupt it.

  • 6) ” There is, in the greeting at the end of the first epistle: “The Church here in Babylon, united with you by God’s election, sends you her greeting, and so does my son, Mark” (1 Pet. 5:13, Knox). Babylon is a code-word for Rome. It is used that way multiple times in works like the Sibylline Oracles (5:159f), the Apocalypse of Baruch (2:1), and 4 Esdras (3:1).

  • Eusebius Pamphilius, in The Chronicle, composed about A.D. 303, noted that “It is said that Peter’s first epistle, in which he makes mention of Mark, was composed at Rome itself; and that he himself indicates this, referring to the city figuratively as Babylon.” Why do you think you heretics call us the Whore of Babylon? If Babylon did not mean Rome, then you calling us that would make no sense since the head of Christ's Church is not in Babylon, but in Rome, right? :)

  • One of many early Church Father's testimony in defense of heresies: Irenaeus, in Against Heresies (A.D. 190), said that Matthew wrote his Gospel “while Peter and Paul were evangelizing in Rome and laying the foundation of the Church.” A few lines later he notes that Linus was named as Peter’s successor, that is, the second pope, and that next in line were Anacletus (also known as Cletus), and then Clement of Rome.

  • However, even had Peter never been in Rome (which he was), it would prove nothing with regard to Christ establishing His Church under Peter and its unended succession to present day. Even had it started in Japan, it could have moved anywhere as long as it remained visible and unending. The location is irrelevant to establish or to try and debunk its legitimacy/primacy. Week and stupid argument.

  • 7) Infallibility is something that the Holy Spirit prevents the Church from doing—namely, formally teaching error. It is not that the Church knows all things, but that by the will of God, his Church will always be preserved from error, enabling her to pass on the purity of the apostles’ teaching.

  • Scripture speaks of the Church as the "pillar and bulwark of the truth" (1 Tim. 3:15). This term "bulwark" isn’t something that we use in everyday conversation, so take a look at what the original Greek means. The word originally written by Paul was hedraioma (o has a line over it), which literally means a foundation.

  • When Jesus said to the apostles, "whatever you bind on earth shall be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven," he was promising a divine ratification of the Church’s teachings.

  • In the original Greek, the tense of the binding and loosing, "shows that a binding occurs in heaven either prior to or simultaneous with the binding performed on earth. In addition, the Greek verb is in the passive voice which indicates that heaven is receiving the binding, not initiating it" (Robert A Sungenis, "The Precedent for Infallibility," letter to authors, November 1993, 5. As quoted in Jesus, Peter, and the Keys, p. 74).

  • The only way that God would promise this union with heaven is if he intended to protect his Church from falsehood. After all, God is truth and he would not lead his flock into error, much less allow heaven to be bound by it. With this in mind, Christ prayed that Peter’s faith would not fail (Luke 22:32), built the Church upon him (Matt 16), and ordered him to tend and feed Christ’s sheep (John 21:15-17).

  • This leadership and union would never pass away, since Christ promised that the gates of hell could never prevail against his Church (Matt. 16:18). If the Church ever taught error, it would cease to be Christ’s Church. Therefore, these words of Christ extend beyond a promise of perpetuity to a promise of infallibility.

  • 8) Sorry, missed this the first time. I addressed this in one of my other videos, and the information is readily available to anyone that wants to know the Truth through a multitude of sources, but here we go again... The faith of the Church is that the saints are not really dead, but are fully alive in Jesus Christ, who is life itself (John 11:25; 14:6) and the bread of life who bestows life on all who eat his flesh and drink his blood (John 6:35, 48, 51, 53-56).

  • The saints are alive in heaven because of the life they have received through their faith in Christ Jesus and through their eating of his body and blood. The book of Revelation shows the saints worshipping God, singing hymns, playing instruments, making requests to Christ to avenge their martyrdom, and offering prayers for the saints on earth (Rev. 4:10, 5:8, 6:9-11).

  • The Catholic Church has always believed that Jesus Christ is the one mediator between God and man. It is the death and resurrection of Jesus alone by which people are saved.

  • You make the case for me when at the bottom of your condemnation of Christ's Church and His followers you say that YOU will pray for us. Why do I need YOU to pray for me if Christ is the one and only mediator? You placed yourself as a mediator between me and Christ! That's actually okay though, just as it is when we pray 'through' Mary and the saints in heaven. They take our prayers to Jesus who in turn takes them to the Father. Christ is still the one mediator between men and the Father.
