I'm greatly outnumbered in the male/female ratio of our parkour group, but they're wonderfully supportive. I'm so glad these videos are put up, because they really do keep me going when I feel outclassed.

I really got to consider a professional parkourist girl to train me. I am very tiered of training myself, I may have perfected the shoulder roll on solid concrete, but I have yet to perfect other basic moments. A girl seems like they would help be better on these movments.

@TheAuricz Thank you for the answer! But dude, my leg is healing like ... for a year or so now. But I found out that actually going out and doing stuff makes it better. I was on vacation in Sweden last week and walked for like ... 4-5 hours a day and the pain just wasn't there anymore. Too bad I can't do that when I have to work /: So I guess I'll just try getting into parkour. I found out there's even a community doing stuff in the city I live in <3

@flyingsin That's because flips aren't parkour =.=. Parkour is efficiency. Getting from point A to point B as quick as possible. Flipping is unneccesary. Parkour is strictly vaults and climbs and jumps etc. Flipping is freerunning.

Its so tough to look like the boys do, all fluid when doing the wall grabs, when us girls have more lower body strength than upper. But hey, its not about looking a certain way is it? We look different because we ARE different.

For your biological explanation? We could snap a guy's neck or back with our thighs, and boys can bear hug a girl into suffocation. Seemingly opposite, but the contrasts are beautiful.
