vibrato is for pricks who dont know the intonation, i hate all those violinist that cant play a single piece without vibrato.

vibrato is absolutely not for "pricks who don't know the intonation". Vibrato makes any sound, sound obviously more mature. One doesn't use vibrato when they realize they don't know the intonation..that's what practicing is for. I don't see any reason why you would accuse a musician using vibrato of not knowing the right intonation
