It's interesting that we can completely take over Iraq in, what, eight days? Yet the Army can't get pallets of food into the Superdome in New Orleans.
BUT, I will say, that I don't doubt Michael Brown's testimony about the "structural inadequacies" of the federal government. Seems to come as a shock to people that THINK our government is run like a fine-tuned machine when, in reality, is run like a poorly-managed fast food restaurant. The only thing the gov. will manage WELL is SELF-INTEREST
