I'm sure glad you didnt start tumbling feet over head over feet over head all the way down...GREAT video for people who can't walk down there. I want to go there someday. Never saw that trail all the times I was in Yellowstone. THANKS.
Thanks for posting this! I have a vacation booked with Caravan Tours next month (it'll be the first time I've ever flown on an airplane, first time I've ever been out of the South), and Yellowstone is by far the landmark I look forward to the most....and after seeing this video, this trail is at the top of my list of things to do while there!
I love Uncle Tom's Trail inspite of the fact that those stairs terrify me. I'm afraid of heights, but the view of the falls is definitely worth the near panic attack I have going down. I think it's the fact that the stairs vibrate from the rumbling of the falls. It makes me nervous. Haha! Anyway, this is a GREAT video. I really enjoyed it. I hope you get to go back to Yellowstone soon. :)
My wife and I were in Yellowstone last year. I completed this trail and the view was well worth the effort. Magnificent is the only word to describe this view and the entire park in general.
I wasn't able to climb or go down all those steps...just got back myself...I am glad you was able to video it all for me...but I would have like to see the view more, too!
I hope that you had a great time at Yellowstone. It is a magical place to be. I look forward to going back someday, before it blows up like Discovery Channel says. Thanks for posting a nice comment.
I don't see a video of you coming back up all those millions of steps, are you still down there?? We'll be going there in two weeks, I'm going to have nightmares about all those stairs. It'll take me two days to get back upstairs! It's worth it with it with that amazing view though, isn't it? Let me know! Punkala
Hello. You'll have a great time in Yellowstone! It is so beautiful there. I'm happy to answer any questions you have, but I certainly don't know everything there is to know. :) Sorry there was delay on my response. We just got back for the north shore of Lake Superior. Yeah!
Watching this video almost made me sick. It was slow and painful looking down those steps waiting to get to the bottom. Man, next time you might think about cutting the walking out and just using the pretty stuff.
Alright, fair enough. Then don't mind my constructive feedback for your great future films. When you're filming your "journey", maybe you can try and make the camera move fluidly and not so jerky, and maybe try and hold it up a little bit instead of making it look like you're looking at your feet the entire time. If you can get just those two things improved, the quality of your videos will be amazing.

It's about the journey, not the destination... Thanks for watching my boring videos.
