Bling Bling Text Effect Using Adobe Photoshop

I am trying to do the sparkle and I have my brush selected and the foreground and background are white but when I attempt the sparkle, it shows in the color of the stroke that I used around the text. What am I missing?

@nicki05100 --- Hi there. Make sure that you are putting your sparkle on a separate layer and of course, place it above the stroked object in your layers panel.

YAAAAYYY!!! I figured out why I couldn't produce anymore gold strokes. Now I know what altitude does. lol

This is a wonderful tutorial and I've been able to create some beautiful text and objects with it. Thank you. However, I've run into a problem today. Somehow, I mistakenly changed my color picker and found online how to set it back to Adobe's default, thank goodness. But since I had that issue, I now am not able to create a gold stroke. Everything just remains yellow. I sure hope you can help me. I'm on a deadline and completely freaking out. Thanks so much, in advance.

I think that riggers72 mistakenly thought that Raizeo wanted subtitles in his native language, when Raizeo infact wants subtitles in English. It's not unheard of to not be able to understand spoken English but be able to read it, or to understand spoken English without being able to speak it. Additionally, English is spoken all over the world, not just in America.

because thats what your foreground color was. make sure your palette is black and white.
