It's quite old, actually. Luis de LLano, the producer, it's a mexican producer, responsible of great latin hits like RDB, and such groups. What I never imagined it's that about this song writen by Juan Carlos Calderon, a ver prolific song writer , mexican also.. gretings

I forgot to mention, in the subtitles, Herb talks about this song representing to him a mix of his 60's era with Tijuana brass,and CURRENT style, the 80's, so that's a clue to where this special came from. And certanly, it was broadcasted by televisa (by air, no such things as cable back then), as it is the "house" of Juan Carlos Calderon
