no, he's not nintendo. Nintendo shouldn't haul ass to port over a character if the company doesn't even properly support nintendo. Smash bros hosted snake, advertised the crap out of Metal Gear 4 for the ps3, and just NOW gets an actual title, which is a remake i might add, for a console that's not even released yet.

I would put it as Down-A in the air. A lot of characters (Sonic) seem to have a downward strike like that, just change the angle from pretty much directly underneath to 45 degrees and you have the move.

i DEFINITELY think that lloyd should be a smash character, maybe the third-party namco representative. i think his Neutral-B could be Demon Fang, his Up-B Tempest, his Side-B Tiger Blade, but im not sure what his Down-B could be. Fierce Demon Fang, maybe? i think a cool special trait just for lloyd would also be to be able to, if you hit the buttons just right, make him do an advanced version of his move (ex: Double Demon Fang, Omega Tempest)

If they were to do that, they'd easily be able to pull out 2 or 3 more games. Actually, depending on whether a skilled hex editing friend I know can fix the MDL0's from ToS2 to work in Brawl, I'd actually work on putting Lloyd in. Also, I find your costume ideas a bit uninspired especially when he gets far more unique costumes in ToS1 in the first place.

I liked Lloyd's Sheena color scheme.

I couldn't really tell at first who it was supposed to be at 1:23, the first thought that popped into my mind was "Confederate soldier?" and 1:35 only seemed to confirm my suspicions with what looked like to me a Union Solider. So I must assume you are a Civil War afficianado.

But all all in all I think this is a really well made video, that is some amazing Lloyd art!

Lloyd's Final smash wouldn't be Falcon's Crest due to the small range.

now Divine Justice in dotnw has the range for an area final smash, it's like Falcon's crest only bigger XP

Namco owns the license to Lloyd, not Nintendo. They just allowed the game to only be published for that specific system (GC and Wii). Though, they DID include Sonic(SEGA) and Snake(Konami) in Brawl, so i could see Nintendo adding Lloyd. He would make an awesome addition. =3
