Actually, orcwarlock8 arcane is NOT good for pvp. It was awhile ago but it is no longer any good. Some people insist on using it but frost is MUCH better. Also, welcome to the world of meleecraft where you should expect to be dominated by rogues, dks, warriors, ret pallies etc.

if u really mastered to play a mage than every one can handle pvp with his own spec... i personally play pvp with a fire/frost spec and i´m very succesfull with it... but most players use arcane (cause of the sick dmg) or frost (cause it has the best options to stay alive)

yes, vurtne did it at 66 with no resil, meaning the others wernt geared either. also, the people vurtne is fighting are pre 70 noobs, not knowing wtf do do against him. Agramon positions himself perfectly, while vurtne does good positioning, but if the other people were slightly competent, could easily have advanced on vurtne's mistakes, so 66 and no gear fighting other 60's with no gear/pvp experience doesnt make him better. do 4v1 at 70 then post a vid vurt.
