Boy Meets World definitely had some of the best writers and directors of 90's sitcom stuff, which I think is where most of the credit is due. Granted the actors' comic timing is spot on, especially Will Fridele and Ben Savage, but I would love to see programming like this on tv again.

i've been re-watching all of bmw and i have to say that as an english major i love that so many books that are known as classics are mentioned in these episodes ... it's amazing how so many themes from literature are very much engraved into the lessons we get out of every episode... it def played more of a part in the first 4 seasons but i still appreciate that even in the 6th season there's a reference to the format of an episode from season 1.. kids today NEED a show like this!

This is what we were watching when we were kids, the lessons and values we learned from it were so positive and strong, we never forgot it. It does compare to real life, and looking back on it, I bet anyone will admit they have experienced something from this show that we used to watch when we were young. Some might think its pathetic that we are adults now, (with actors same age we are), and still watching it. But if they think all it was was a kid show, then they've missed the point of it.
