As terran I hotkey my CC to 6,7,8,9 and 0 at the start. At first, I only use 6. When I throw down a fac, it overide 6 for it. When I throw down a starport, I override 7 for it. 8 is for idle scv later on. The whole point is of the 67890 is to always be able to keep training scvs at every point in time. If his opponent was smart, he would've put a few banshees in his army...Protoss didn't have that many stalkers, and with a raven out, the Terran could've sniped Protoss' observer, the PDD would've misdirected the stalker and sentry attacks, and the banshees would have done work.
@butterz7321 You're not using his style for all purpose, you're winning because colossus are so strong with the units that absorb damage from them that protoss in can get great results in just about any league with a+clicking.
I hate that terran can mass up units faster than zerg after they lost their whole army from a 3 rax. It is so hard to now exactly whats coming next since against a toss or zerg, you would probadly see a last all in or switch to macro game but a terran can do whatever because their units are so cheap that you can just send out army after army to sacrifice.

At that time period when observer is on its way to a terran.. if he isnt 1 basing he will have a command center done already.. So yes he is 1 basing. Thats the whole point of making a nexus while observer is on its way rather than after scouting (the thing artosis said he does differently).

Regardless of what the terran player did, being able to permanently scout with a 1-gate into robobay build allows any and all Protoss to counter whatever the Terran player is doing (1-base "all ins" or not), and a push of this timing with this unit comp will typically rape Terran regardless. This tutorial, is more showing how to "1-base all-in" VS Terran, as protoss. Even though it was "reactionary", thats what it turned out to be.

@thedogmode A timing attack is an attack launched to strike at a certain moment, for example, when your +1 weapons upgrade is about to complete or before your foe's building is complete.

I'd actually love to see more. Of course being that you are busy with the GSL I can understand if this is a rare occurrence, but it's nice to see alternate strategies. And I prefer it to casting. Casting is good for entertainment, but analysis of a strategy is really what I like to see. Honestly, I wouldn't change a damn thing, but I really would like to see your Zerg. I've already seen a couple of replays of it, but it's always nice to hear what players are thinking when they do something.

did the exact build Artosis explained here, got 2 obs scouted with 1 and saw he was going raven all in
i got 2 colossi off 1 base (no range) and units off 3 gateways and crushed the attack

Regardless of what the terran player did, being able to permanently scout with a 1-gate into robobay build allows any and all Protoss to counter whatever the Terran player is doing (1-base "all ins" or not), and a push of this timing with this unit comp will typically rape Terran regardless. This tutorial, is more showing how to "1-base all-in" VS Terran, as protoss. Even though it was "reactionary", thats what it turned out to be.

I'd actually love to see more. Of course being that you are busy with the GSL I can understand if this is a rare occurrence, but it's nice to see alternate strategies. And I prefer it to casting. Casting is good for entertainment, but analysis of a strategy is really what I like to see. Honestly, I wouldn't change a damn thing, but I really would like to see your Zerg. I've already seen a couple of replays of it, but it's always nice to hear what players are thinking when they do something.
