Ben Spies is one person whom Mat Mladin shouldn't feel bad about getting passed by. He's in my opinion the best rider to ever come from America and on to the world circuit. He's in line for the MotoGP crown in 2012. I think he's going to be right there with Casey Stoner all year.

Ben just wanted it more here. I can't get enough of watching Ben pass Matt... Matt was so fiercely competitive in a way that he never really seemed to enjoy his job like Ben does. Part of the job as a Pro AMA racer is PR and Matt HATED that stuff.

Rossi studied that pass and used it on Stoner in 2008. I CANT WAIT for MotoGP 2011. As for AMA, No AMA races in person or on TV until AMA apologizes to the fans and racers for letting the idiots at "Left Turn Only" ruin the AMA Superbike series. Until then, I can always get my fill of WSB if I need to see someone back it in, or MotoGPs laptop-controlled circus. The management at Rolling Billboards has no understanding of what motorcycle racing fans want and we are the ones who pay the bills.

It's real bikes with real tires, motors, materials, and tires, and men still able to ride a real bike compared to a motorcycle that is programmed by geeks with laptops, custom formulated tires for each race, and riders who weigh less than a supermodel. Where do you think Rossi saw that line?
