I worked as a Producer & Director at CVTV who makes these programs. I met Jeanee Harris many times. I worked with many Council Members too. Though her behavior was shockingly rude I won't throw her under the bus for her 14 years of service. She's done good too. What I never have liked is how most city officials nicely demand that we shut our mouth when they've already made their choice to go against us. Freedom of speech is only words here. This is about free speech but it also about being polite, Ms. Harris is correct that a council does have the right to set the decorum for their meetings, BUT it is the chairs responsibility to enforce that decorum not a council member.
