@HumanDaikon basicly because the Licenses for the themes on teh Tatsunoko Side are separate from the characters the people that own the character licenses dont own teh Music Licenses Basicly that would have ment a TON more liscensing issues

So that would have doubled th3 licenses needed in order to make the game over hear with the theme's so to simplify things Capcom left them out and to be fair they chopped off their character themes as well. Thats why noone thought this game would make it outside of japan because bringing it to teh west ment involving, obtaining, and coordinating TOO many licenses to be practical or profitable
