She's just an infernal ball of anger, tormenting herself and blaming others.

Compared to the Korean version, the bullying here's pretty much nonexistent.

No eggs, flour, oil treatment, no tripwire to send her flying off her bike, no rumors of pregnancy, just some mild insults and misunderstanding and she's spouting steam out the ears. It's ridiculous =_=

I think it's just personality differences, if any SINGLE one of the things the korean version went through happened to me, I would have stood up for myself rather than just let continue to happen. so in contrast to you I find the korean version girl more annoying cause she seemed too weak. Yuxin has a strong sense of right and wrong, she isn't out to get sympathy votes and won't settle for nonsense.

this drama actually did better than i expected. i've watched all of the other versions already but when i heard that the theme of this one was changed, i gave it up. i watch the previews and it didn't look too bad so i decided to try it out. turns out that it's okay. although all of the girls' voices are starting to annoy me.

it's a "comet" which is basically bad luck in chinese. i always found that contradicting b/c a comet is basically what a shooting star is, and while a shooting star is good luck, a comet is bad luck...

Someone explained to me that 扫把星 comes from the word for comet 彗星 because long ago comets/shooting stars used to be considered bad luck. You know if they actually hit the ground they cause destruction. I guess superstitions are just that way - things that are considered lucky to some may be unlucky to others:)
