Her attorney filed the probate in California (it should have been in Hawaii since that is where dad lived and died however Robert Jones can only practice in California) We know that the 1996 trust is the document dad wanted to have probated however the 1st amendment cut and paste job by Robert Jones is NOT a true amendment. We have demanded the attorneys for Liz to produce the original 1st amendment for the forensics expert and they still have not. What does that tell you?

In 2000 my father spent 4 days in a hospital in Palau called Belau hospital after being severely beaten. No money (he said he had at least $300 with him) or jewelry was stolen (my father wore alot of jewelry which was fitting to his flamboyant personality) the point being the two men who beat him up wanted him either dead or hurt badly. THEY did not take any money. And Elizabeth was with him She was unhurt. I have tried to obtain records from hospital/government they will not cooperate

The Bank of Hawaii has spent over $82,000 (out of the trust) in attorneys fees; myself I have spent $52,000 and Elizabeth's attorneys have amassed over $87,000 (again out of the trust) Amazing! You would think the other attorneys out of respect would have settled or admitted to the wrong.....but NO! We HAVE filed TWO complaints with the California State Bar. Both were denied because the case is still pending. They said as soon as the case is resolved they will proceed with the disbarrment procedures. At least we have the wheels in motion on that one so hopefully others will not go through the same ordeal or Robert Jones will at least be reprimanded for his conduct

My Dad was the mayor of Rialto from 1976 until 1980 and came back (after alot of pleadings by others) and served a second term from 1984 to 1988 and then moved to Paso Robles California. He loved the city of Rialto as did all of us. Lots of good memories. Ironically during his first term he made the capitol city of Koror Palau (Micronesia) the Sister City to Rialto

We hope so too. Amazing that the judge in San Luis Obispo could not see this. He wouldn't rule but instead had the case moved to Hawaii which is where it should have been heard in the first place. Robert Jones CANNOT practice in Hawaii and so he wanted it in California thinking it would be a slam dunk and neither myself or my brother would be the wiser. WRONG!

Not a mail order bride but as a coincedence her sister Gei Gei (or Kay Kay) Asanuma was married to a Palau Politician/statesman named Kaleb Udui Sr. She isolated him from his family in Palau and during his last few weeks had him sign documents giving EVERYTHING to HER and leaving nothing to HIS family. Do you see a pattern here between the sisters? Incredible Huh?

Also more on the Rialto property sold for $414,000 and turned around sold by City of Rialto to developers for 2.1 million a year later.
