You can actually get a Pretty Lucky Badge without paying, here's how: go to the sewers, then, go into the room where you see the Black Box, then, jump around on the bottem floor-(after beating all the enemies, DUH!!!)-, then, you'll eventually hit a Badge Block and inside will be a Pretty Lucky Badge! (I will post a Video Response another time, OK!)

@IAMHEATHLEDGERZ i know its awesome! however i have to say its not recommended for those who are bad at super guards since you have to superguard about all of his attacks to survive,if you choose to fight him right off the bat of course. but the reward is very much worth the risk early in the game if you can do it!
