The 360 could support the mod feature, but Microsoft doesn't allow player created content onto the 360. Halo 3 is the like the thing they allow.

But the best mods aka: 3rd person, marcus fenix, master chief; are going to be DLC for the 360's version of UT3.

you cannot make maps on ps3, you can make them on pc though. As for dl, Epic is releasing a mod cooker for the ps3.

It's not lag, is just that the frame rate was slaughter. First, while I record the video, a big chunk of the frames are dropped. Next, editing the video with Windows Movie Maker forces me to compress it into WMV format which means more frames dropped. Finally, Youtube is the main reason why the frames were slaughtered, it's compression destroys my video quality.

By the way in campaign mode after you beat it, do you get to play as akasha and the black legion and malcolm and the thundercrash team. You don't get to play as Malcolm but you can play as Akasha after you beat the game
