Have been inspired to buy a scroll saw--but can't start out with a DW. Researching them online has my head hurting. Any practical suggestions for a starter saw? Would prefer not to may over $180ish to start. (I am aware of the blade issues, vibrations, dust catchers, lights).

@buzzit4392 In your price range the most generally accepted saw as the best right now would be the Porter Cable saw sold at Lowes. It sells for $179. It was reviewed by Scroll Saw Woodworking and Crafts magazine and they picked is the best under $200 saw.
