i swing and they fly away. once i was playing (i was collecting the daily money) and i have a little forest of trees behind mine and tippers house and i walked by a tree and one of those flew away - SCARED ME MORE THAN THE TARANTULAS AND SCORPIOS! ugh almost gave me a heartattack!

It's easier in Wild World for some reason... I caught 11 one night in Wild World. Blathers will FREAK OUT if you donate one of these monsters to the museum... they are so skittish in City Folk

The flapping of the silk oak moth is more scary then the way it Looks. Look at how massive it is and one time when I was trying to catch it and it flew away I almost died of scare! the noise it makes. it sounds like a vicious bat!! AHHH! CREEPY

hehe theyre soooo easy, but yeah they scare me when it flies away. the lantern fly looks like a .... LOL. i have a nickname for it. but its not that hard to catch. i catch rare beetles :)

Caught it on my first try (somehow... o_O) and I wanted to catch another just to see how much they're worth (didn't have a computer at the time)... saw like, ten of them in one night, but couldn't catch one to save my life. -_- And those things are HUGE... scary. D=

silk moths aren't that hard to catch once you know how to catch them and they are worth 1,200 according to Nooks but who know maybe its worth 50,000 bells at some other store. We'll never know

wen i tried to catch them from the front of the trees i always missed and in got scared as hell wen it flew away wiv the loud flap it made but then i went by the side of the tree and moved very slow and i caught it, so hope it helps ;)
