I'm not saying that they are imbalanced, of course you are wasting resources and time to tech, it takes skill to make them worth it. What I mean by saying they are over powered is that they are (in my opinion) the most devastating thing a protoss can do. Unexpected, well aimed storm often destroyed, or made my muta/ling army useless against any AA. Hydras almost die and roaches got their HP cut in half. Even marines fry and medivacs weep.

I don't agree that sc2 is all practice... It's technically a sport and like all sports you need talent. I've only played for 8 months of sc2, and I'm a low diamond, which took a lot of effort. The only things I practice usually are build orders or how to counter something.

@IneedAbttrscreenname The details of why I think Terran was really bad in this game: 1) He didn't have any game plan whatsoever, which is probably why 2) He let his macro slip big time. He was sitting on something like 5k minerals at the end of the game.

He built three starports that he was not producing from. He got his orbital way late. He went bioball but didn't make use of its mobility for harassement purposes, didn't grab watchtowers, almost didn't move away from his base at all.

The storms were and always will be OP. I found the only way to counter them is to either get couple of units and kill them quickly (some mutalisk are great for that), or split your main army into smaller groups and micro like there is no tomorrow.

@Mortarius90 Storms are not OP, for simple reasons. While mass storms can kill almost anything, spreading units and using stimmed units (like marauders) to withdraw from storm range lowers energy and now without the amulet you cant use them as quick uber base defense or as throw away supply (use energy, throw at enemy, warp in, repeat) while pushing. A smaller bioball spread out can soak the energy while a tech or second bioball can go in for kills. High Temp specs = gas, so no collosi with ball
