this annoys me, just because a band makes a commercial song that everybody likes means it can be one of their better songs, that song still stuck to evanesence original style but instead of just a smaller number of people listening to it and enjoying it, it became popular and everybody enjoyed.... y duz everybody think this way? if its popular in the mainstream therefore as a true fan of this music i cannot appriciate it as a serious song? just saying it happens a lot with a lot of bands!

Bring Me To Life was an epic song, but it was way too commercial to make this list. Not everyone is going to appreciate real music and I feel like they had to choose that song as a single for that reason.

@lambsmusic Yeah. You can pretty much tell the real fans from the wannabes by asking them if Bring me to life is their favourite song-. I like it, too, but I bet even Amy can't hear it anymore since it's the only one anyone ever mentions. (Even more so since it only includes male backing vocals because ppl told her no one would listen to a girl singing in a rock band - I presume they ate their words with lots of ketchup on them) It's like saying Nirvana's best song is "Smells like Teen spirit".

@KendrixTermina Bring Me To Life is a great song. However, I agree that there are better tracks, but for a lot of people (including myself) Bring Me To Life introduced them to Evanescence either through the air waves or 'Daredevil'. A die hard fan can have Bring Me To Life as their # 1 (It's easily in my top 5). Plus, it was Amy's voice that attracted me to them not Paul's. :)
