Cox Communications are a bunch of thieves and corporate criminals. They price gouge. They overcharge. They charge one month in advance. Their sales reps lie to their customers. And I've been a loyal customer who's consistently paid my monthly bill on time for the last 3 years. And this is the kind of inadequate service I receive from them in return. There are so many other cable TV and satellite providers that has more of a reasonable rate accompanied w/ better customer's service.
