Great Video and awesome tip..only question. After I get the buyers name, how do i get their number or contact info? I tried reverse search but that seems like a big hassle.

Also, another really good idea that i just started using is calling landlords back on Craigslist. Call them concerning their rental, and inform them that you have great properties in the area. Sold me a deal just last week.

Hi Kent, I live in Ohio where you have to be a Realtor to get access to the MLS. Obviously I can't just give a Realtor money for access (that would be illegal), and the only way you can get your RE license is if you're sponsored and working for a brokerage... any suggestions on how to get around this? @JLinn2385 - Call any local realtor and they will run this report for you. If they won't - then call another until you find one that will. Their motivation is simple. You are going to build a buyers lists and come back to the realtor looking for properties. They are helping you to start this process
