Yes, those are inground hydraulic elevators, and they're made from Mitsubishi Elevator.

The parking garage is 5 floors. The mall is 4 floors.

The mall is 2 levels, but they serve levels 3 and 4. It is very dumb that the mall elevators don't serve level 5.
