i got this album about a year ago, and i cant help but continuously come back to it, it draws me in like no other. You can almost feel the texture that is created in each track, very unique and utterly brilliant escapism. :)

Off tempo, of which breakbeat is a variant, is one of the biggest changes in musical history (IMO). Not a change of content, which has been consistant, but a change of structure, which is rare.

It's not for everybody, but I think it really spices things up, and keeps things interesting. I love when the beat/rythm are off, but the are at such a pace that the converge, creating perfect harmony.
