all these movies depict Anne as young and beautiful til the end of her life. In fact, she was 29 when she met the king, 33 when they married and the birth of Elizabeth cost her her looks. The terrible draining stress of trying to produce an heir while Henry's love died destroyed her beauty. The Spanish ambassador called her "that thin old woman". There is a painting: she looks haggard and old, and she had nothing left to entice Henry with.

Really, really well done. I got chills during it. I'm a history major with a huge love for Tudor England and the Renaissance period, so I was a little hesitant about watching this when you said it "had a happy ending." But it's really beautiful the way you set it up. :) Well done.

@valorie179 yes it is amazing!!!!truly i mean it. the first 2 seasons were the best and after that it gets harder to watch because he turns old but it's worth it because of the last episode of the series which is exactly how a show should be finished. There are only 4 seasons so i recommend watching all of them.
